Disappointed Made an appointment for 12k mile service. Was told it would take about an hour to service my Outback. Dropped the car off as scheduled and went to gra Made an appointment for 12k mile service. Was told it would take about an hour to service my Outback. Dropped the car off as scheduled and went to grab breakfast. Came back about an hour later and they had not started the job. Ten minutes later I decided to just leave and get the car serviced elsewhere. Great dealership but this was poor service. My local oil change/ car wash facility did a check up, oil change and wash for less than the dealer. Town Fair TIre will rotate tires for free. Why go to the dealer for no service? More

As far as the service department, Paul Honious has been very good to work with, and has always been knowledgeable and honest and customer-service oriented. Jonathan Dillon, a more recent addition, seems to be following in the same track. For the purchase I just made, I worked with Jason Jarkes. Jason is quite new to Quality Subaru, but has experience from at least one other Subaru dealership. He was a pleasure to work with, and is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Subaru line of vehicles. He was helpful in acquainting me with features on the car I purchased and emphasized his availability as a resource going forward. Ed Chen made the financing/purchasing part of the transaction a very pleasant experience. Overall, the latest positive experience in a long line of them. More
