I did have several team members to come out and check on me while I was walking by new and used cars, but the Steve Canada was so friendly and laid back about it that it made me really want to work with him. Knowledgeable with all of the differences between makes and models in the line up. Very patient to my many, many questions since I had never considered Subaru, and kept me in the loop the whole time they were searching for a car for me.
