Amazing!!!!! if you ever need car service quality Subaru is the place to go. I dealt with Jeff Young, he is the #1 service man in the state. Honest, respectful, caring, trustworthy and so on. It's pretty hard to make an good experience out of getting your car serviced, but he did. Quality Subaru is a top notch place. They did what they said and did not take advantage of me and where very concerned about my wallet. My experience was so good that I even take my kids with me, and they keep asking me when were going back to see Mr. Jeff. Took my aunt to this dealership in the Fall of 2010 to look at a used 2007 Forester. She really liked the car, but her "cash out the door" budget was too tight given a recent period of unemployment, so w look at a used 2007 Forester. She really liked the car, but her "cash out the door" budget was too tight given a recent period of unemployment, so we didn't spend too much time with them and moved on. Mike (the salesman) followed up a couple times... so, to be polite, I called to explain that we were going to move forward with our #2 choice (an older Honda CRV). He asked "if we can meet her price would she choose the Subaru?" (The answer to this was a definite "yes." However, our price was VERY low - we'd even gone to another Subaru dealer who told us we had no chance of getting a low mileage 2007 Forester within our budget.) Surpisingly, Mike called back and said they'd take our offer - no haggling and none of the dealership "games." This experience would warrant a "3" or "4" rating. However, the dealership has been astoundingly customer service oriented in the nine months she's owned the car. She's brought it in twice for minor needs (power window needing adjustment, loose shield on muffler, etc.) and left with all her concerns addressed. In addition they've given her a complimentary oil change, wiper blades, and other minor service items. The dealership has basically observed other needs and addressed them at no charge - on a car they didn't make a big profit on to begin with. I don't particularly like car dealerships, I've never been a big Subaru fan, and I don't typically waste my time writing online reviews, but I'm sold on Quality Subaru and I couldn't be happier with the deal they offered and how they've treated my aunt... even long after the sale. She's voiced many times how happy she is with both the car and Quality Subaru. More
Horrible experience. Mike the finance manager gets an attitude when I asked an innocent yes/no question. He gets an attitude and stoops to name calling!!! This went on for 5 minutes, in front of people, even after I walked away!! Joe the owner was unapologetic and, instead, just offered lame excuses for his staff's bad behavior. My husband is telling all his friends and clients to stay away. I had gone in there to buy the car that day. Ended up walking out disgusted. Please go here if you want to be treated like a jerk by a jerk!!! More

He devoted his time to me from the beginning to me driving out in my new Subaru Legacy I got a 2011 model and so far I love it.
