Just straight answers, and a lot of laughter. Andrew even took the time to introduce me to the service representative, which was really cool. Next, I met with Daniel of the finance department. Another professional, but light-hearted guy who had no problem joking between the important stuff. We called with list of 3 vehicles to review onsite, Vehicles were cleaned and ready for test drives. We also looked at other vehicles, one which we ended up purchasing. We purchased a 2017 Grand Touring CX-5. Fully loaded, looks sporty and classy, and affordable. Andrew worked with us and his boss to negotiate the best deal, including a fair trade in value for our current car. No pressure approach to sales, drove vehicles by ourselves during test drives so we could discuss openly amongst ourselves. Once we agreed on final deal; it took approximately one hour to finish processing paperwork, detailing car , and filling with gas. Andrew reviewed all of the features and electronics before we left the dealership. He also wants us to call with any follow up questions, which I did. I would like to add that the Management and Administrative staff at Quality Mazda were also very helpful with warranty and loan paperwork. They took whatever time necessary to explain the details.
