I am a repeat customer I've been purchasing cars since the 1970's. This is my second purchase at Quality since moving to NM. The staff treats me with respect and courtesy, they know I mean financial business and react on a serious level when we make a deal. I got a fair trade-in value after checking Edmonds to find out what my old car was worth. Any follow-up business was dealt with in the same manner - they did not blow me off because I had already purchased a vehicle. As a woman buying a car, I've been treated like the woman with that man over there in a showroom, asked what color car I wanted, etc etc. I know cars, the mechanics, the features I want and need, and my price point. Again, each man I worked with there treated me with the respect that I deserve. That would be Aaron Randle, Salesman, Ivan is the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager Pavel. And the variety of makes/models/price points at the 3 used car lots is phenomenal...just pick the one that suits you. I am so happy with my CX-5GT and feel it has all the room I need after trading in my old Pathfinder. It fits musical instruments, 40# bags of dog food - lots of room. More

Great experience My wife had sorted out what she wanted to get via internet searches. We went to Quality and was greeted by Ben Vigil. After looking at several cars My wife had sorted out what she wanted to get via internet searches. We went to Quality and was greeted by Ben Vigil. After looking at several cars, they only had one which fully matched what my wife wanted and unfortunately it had an issue that required a part and special tool to be shipped in to correct. We decided to wait until the issue could be fixed so that we got exactly what we wanted. Ben kept us informed of the progress the entire time. When the car was ready, I had a number of work commitments and was pressed for time which was compounded by living almost two hours from the dealership. I also hate the haggling and high pressure add on sales that often come with buying a car. I informed Ben of my time crunch and my desire not to spend time listening to sales pitches for extended warranties and such, and he said he would have everything ready. When we arrived Ben had everything ready and honored my request concerning no high pressure add on sales pitches. The purchase experience went very smooth and we got the car we wanted. I couldn't ask for a better salesperson to work with. More

Dealer Does not Stand Behind Product I liked the sales rep I worked with, Andrew Heavner, who was a straight shooter. Wish I could deal with him again. So, one star for that. As for the quality of the vehicle and how well the dealership stands behind it, not so much. Not at all, really. I’m OK with the few minor body quality issues, I expect that in a mid level vehicle. But my front brake rotors have warped twice in the first 25k miles I’ve driven the car. The first time, at about 15k miles, the dealership turned the rotors at no charge, but refused to replace them. Warped again at just under $25k miles. The dealership refused to replace or turn them without charging me. Their position is the brake pads have 30% or less life on them and so they have no warranty responsibility. I’ve owned and driven many vehicles in the 40+ years I’ve been driving and I’ve never had brake rotors warp in the first 25k miles - actually never in the first 80k of any car I or my family has owned. Without question, these rotors were bad from the factory - that or plain cheap junk. The fact that Mazda will neither replace nor turn the rotors without charge baffles me. I don’t understand a company that doesn’t stand behind their product. Am planning on leasing a 2018 M5 for my wife, but may re-think that. If I do, I’ll be dealing with someone in Phoenix. Will also be telling everyone I know about my experience. More
