I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I test drove a couple of the Mazda's I was thinking about. I ended up with the 2016 CX-5 Touring which I love. He gave me a very fair trade-in on my car and took time to look for the color and interior I wanted. Showed me how to use the Bluetooth and other gadgets I wasn't used to and made my experience go very easy. The one thing I felt more than anything was respect. We had a lot of laughs, too! More

I was in the market for a Mazda CX-5 and was on a set budget, After an initial visit to see what was on the lot, Joe called to follow up with us on pricing and different options we could work out. When I showed up to the dealership, Joe wasn't there, but Ben was able to call him and work with me to save me another trip. Ben did everything he could to get me into the car that I wanted. On the day I purchased the car Ben sat with me and gave me detailed instructions on how everything worked, went through the manual with me and even helped me set up my phone to the bluetooth system. He took the time to introduce me to the service workers so I knew who I would talk to about service and called to follow up a few days later. These guys are wonderful and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. As a matter of fact I already did, I sent my grandfather there and he purchased a car at Quality a few days later! I was in for an oil change (lol), but Andrew took the time to show me the cx-3, knew his product and we bought a 2016 Mazda cx-3. LOVE this vehicle! We highly recommend Andrew and Quality Mazda. No Hassle Experience. When I came in to test drive the CX5, Ben Vigil quickly put me in the model I was interested in and said take all the time I wanted to test the car. When I came in to test drive the CX5, Ben Vigil quickly put me in the model I was interested in and said take all the time I wanted to test the car. Later by email I told him the exact model, color and features I wanted. He quickly found the exact car I specified was en-route from the manufacturer. He took a credit card over the phone to hold the car for me upon arrival. He gave me updates and contacted me when it arrived. I went through Costco to get the low rate of $100 over invoice, and I was shown the invoice. I financed through Mazda and got another $500 off the price. This dealer also offers a free lifetime power train warrantee. The car was ready when I arrived and it took less than two hours to get the paperwork completed and receive instructions on all the car features. I was introduced to the service manager and briefed on all the procedures for getting prepaid service at 5000 mile intervals. Great experience compared to past experience with new car dealerships. More
