Great for New Car or Certified preowned, but not for used. I love this dealership, but I've found they are really only good for new or certified pre-owned. I bought a used truck for them and found that they gave me the wrong appraisal value. Also, they didn't do a thorough inspection as the truck has some mechanical problems. I find quality charges more for their used cars than other places around town. I'm fine with that, if I am getting a good product, however I did not, and thus the reason for a poor review. At quality you will pay more for a used vehicle and you won't get what you pay for. More

Taking advantage of the elderly My 82 year old mother bought a used car from there when she got it home it wouldn't start they replaced the battery and she picked it up the next day My 82 year old mother bought a used car from there when she got it home it wouldn't start they replaced the battery and she picked it up the next day but wouldn't start again she took it back and told them she didn't want it because it's a lemon they refused to take it back stating its yours pick it up. She has since filed suit no response from them. KOB, KOAT KRQE are next to be notified that they are taking advantage of an elderly lady.
