Everything was smooth and without any issues. This was my first service appointment and look back to the same high level of service I received the day of my visit. More

We have now had work done with these people twice. Once on a Hyundai Santa Fe insurance claim they took about a month to get us our car back. I decided to give them a second chance I went back with my new Mazda my Car needed a very specific firmware update from the factory, so no choice. I talk to Bill mast about an Apple car play firmware update. Scott had no idea what I was talking about. They scheduled me for a $70 update and was cleared on expectations. After I got a call about an hour and a half later and that it was done. I got into my car after paying $70, checked the update, wrong update. I went back in and told him, he said that’s all that was available. Scott was by and said oh yeah I know what you’re talking about and you need this and this. Told me it would be an additional $400 plus for a update. I don’t even need a new monitor. They told me it could not be done even though I’ve spoken to 4 other audio company’s that say it’s easy fix but only Mazda can do it. All I wanted was a firmware and wire installation. The dealership simply cover up Scott and bills screw up and I have not received what I was promised. More
Once again, my experience with the service team was a pleasure. From booking the appointment to rolling away, all was great!
