I was trepidatious So despite being 40 years old, I just bought my first new car EVER today. I was privileged to buy a Mazda CX-3 from Andrew Heavner. I was trepidatious when I first arrived, because I was dreading some pushy car sales guy. Andrew was the exact opposite. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different models and trims and was very patient with me when explaining the differences between the various cars I was interested in. We took a test drive and he drove first to show me some of the car's features, and then I drove. He was very transparent and upfront about the pricing and was helpful in understanding the different pricing features. The financing department was also very professional and prompt and got the paperwork done quickly and efficiently. It was great to meet the service department who, like the rest of Quality Mazda, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall it just was a great experience and I would unhesitatingly highly recommend Andrew Heavner for anyone who wishes to purchase a Mazda or any other stock they may have available at Quality Mazda. More
