I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I also had an ac issue that would require a $140 diagnostic, which I turned down. Do not buy a new car from this dealership. They add a $6000 package to the price which they don’t inform you about. This dealership is scam and I recommend going to another dealer. My experience purchasing my 2023 Kia Soul was seamless. I am not one who likes dealing with people over the phone and prefer email and text, and I was able to do most of the deal-making that way. I have to add my negative review to others for this KIA dealership. I have three KIAs and used to be very happy with the service department here. When I took my newest KIA in for its first service, I asked the service advisor what the mileage interval was for service on this model. He replied that he had no idea. Really? If he doesn't know, who does? Then yesterday I took car in again for a schedule service appointment. It was a Saturday. I asked the service advisor, Haylee, to text me when the car was ready. Instead, she called me, and told me I could pick it up at my convenience. Since it was a Saturday, I began to wonder about that, so I called the number she had used to contact me that showed up on my caller ID. My call was apparently forwarded to the Nissan dealer next door (same ownership?). The man I spoke with said I could just go into the showroom and they would take my payment and give me the keys and they were open till 6pm. When I got there, I was told Service was closed and I would have to wait until MONDAY to get the car, which was parked in front unlocked. The vehicle was full of equipment that had to be delivered to a jobsite THAT DAY. They don't care. After a lot of insistence on my part and a demand to speak to the owner of the dealership, I finally got my keys and left a check for payment. Ridiculous. Drive to Anderson or Greenville if you have a KIA. More
Deviant sales persons I have given this dealer an un savory review because they are not there for the customer. They said that they were giving me top dollar for my trade w I have given this dealer an un savory review because they are not there for the customer. They said that they were giving me top dollar for my trade which was over $5,000 less than 3 other dealers and they told me that I had to put $2,500 down to get out of my car. I traded with another kia dealer the next day on a more expensive car and put nothing down and my payment were less than what I was paying on my old car. The only thing Quality Kia is selling is snake oil,,,, buyer beware More
