This place is nothing but a money gouging, scam. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Not only was I so ridiculously overcharged for my vehicle that I couldn't even get it refinanced (until one c I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Not only was I so ridiculously overcharged for my vehicle that I couldn't even get it refinanced (until one company felt so bad for me they wanted to help get me out of it), but they also have tried to charge me $300 to change my back windshield wiper blade. Then this week, my car wouldn't start so I took it up there where they informed me my battery was bad, and told me they would change that battery for $600+. After I obviously refused, they charged me $150 for testing my battery (which any auto parts store does for free). $150 in labor for 2 minutes. I will tell everyone to avoid this place, even though apparently that's all anyone in town has to say about this place already! More
I have been a mechanic for a long time, but now I am too old to do the work. That is the worst people I have ever delt with. Moe was so rude and at one point I could have punched him in the mouth. I am disabled and can't do a lot but he didn't care. I would never bring a car back up there to have anything done to it. They kept the car for 5 weeks and it still wasn't right. Jack Spear More
Quality Chrysler Parts and Service Department Stinks! !! Appt 2:00PM, May 18, 2023. Came from outer town and part was never ordered. Tried to talk me into Diagnostic on May 12 and I declined and said just !! Appt 2:00PM, May 18, 2023. Came from outer town and part was never ordered. Tried to talk me into Diagnostic on May 12 and I declined and said just want the A/C Heater blower module installed and an appt. Made me an appt for the next week. Mo kept after me to have Diagnostic, $139 and I, again, said NO on May 12 and 18. Just wanted the part installed and return the old part to me. I was there FOUR hours waiting for the part to be delivered from Greenville and waiting for them to installed it. Paid $508, which included a Diagnostic Test, and left the Service Department very angry regarding the appointment with no part ordered last week! Had to turn around to get my old part which was good. $52 of the $508 was an oil change and $139 was for the Diagnostic Test which Mo said was necessary. I will never darken their door again. Tried to see the Owner or Manager of the Chrysler dealership and was given the run around. Someone referred me to a great and friendly Chrysler dealership in Augusta, GA. More

The finance guy, Mike Bell, was walking through all of the paperwork on their big fancy desk screen. I told him up front very clearly that I did not want any extras. He said, absolutely not. No problem. He then rushed through the screens with additional warranty, tire maintenance package, etc. I asked about them and told him I didn't want them. He said it's all part of the standard warranty. I didn't believe him, but I let him continue. We got to the form explaining the deal. I asked why the $35,000 Jeep was costing me $42,000. He said that was the total of the interest on the loan added to the principal. Another lie. This particular form doesn't show the finance charges. The next one did... and it totaled $55,000. I told him it was wrong and he pretended it was a computer mistake and removed all of the additional items. I called the dealership the next day to let them know what happened. They promised they would call him out on it at the next sales meeting. I never heard another word. And somehow, I never received a survey request from Chrysler. I guess I'll be contacting them directly for this. More
