2months later still no tag We purchased a van in May under the impression we were going to transfer our tag. After one month our temp tag expired. No title ever came. After man We purchased a van in May under the impression we were going to transfer our tag. After one month our temp tag expired. No title ever came. After many calls to the dealer we determined we were not funded by their bank. Nothing was ever communicate with us. We immediately took the sales info to our local bank and provided funding. A second temp tag was issued to us. Waiting an entire month again the temp tag ran out... waiting for a title. Many phone calls made to Anthony in Finance with never return call. He did send one text but no phone call. After about 10 phone calls finally we spoke with the sales manager who determined the title was sent to the original bank in error. They were waiting for it to come back to send to our local bank. I questioned the tags with a response our new tags are on there way. We still had the old tag.. Frank said keep them tags till you get your new tags. then we received a notice from the MVA that we are now being charged a fine for not returning those original tags soon enough. Total disappointment that it took over two months and we still are not done, as I must prove to the MVA that we traded the original vehicle in. We are not one to give bad reviews but wanted to share as I have worked for a dealership and close family who was a Finance manager and never experienced or heard of such terrible service. More

I have had many dealings with other dealers and found this one on the money.Gene Ponti was the reason why we did the deal.you could not meet a nicer person to deal with. In fact my buddy purchased a truck that same day. False advertising on new car prices Twice I dealt with Quality Chevy trying to purchase a new truck. One time I actually wanted to take a test drive and as I sat in the truck the salesma Twice I dealt with Quality Chevy trying to purchase a new truck. One time I actually wanted to take a test drive and as I sat in the truck the salesman took the price tag off the dashboard and said “oh that’s wrong”. It happened to be the same price as was advertised online. By the time I got home they had jacked the price up &12,000. Unfortunately I didn’t have a printout of the online advertisement otherwise I would have called them to the mat on this. The second time I asked for the lowest price on a certain vehicle and was given the run around. I would not recommend this dishonest dealer to anyone More
