Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I wa of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself. More

Salesman Brian Toal did not rest until he found me the car I wanted and followed up by driving the 352 miles roundtrip to bring it to me. He also answered my many questions and was always available to speak with me when I called. Technology master Gene Point was patient with this old woman as he explained all the new gadgetry I'd never had in any of my cars to date. (My trade-in was 20 years old!) Anthony Mongiovi, went over each document that needed to be signed and when I called with a question promptly got back to me to answer that question. It is obvious that this dealership knows how to hire people who reflect their high standards and values. More

Great Dealership came in looking for a vehicle. had a pretty poor experience earlier in the day with another dealership, so my expectations were not very high. i was c came in looking for a vehicle. had a pretty poor experience earlier in the day with another dealership, so my expectations were not very high. i was completely wrong. soon as i walked in i was met by Joe Torre (no relation to the yankees manager) and he showed me a malibu i fell in love with. he was very welcoming and extremely helpful. he didn't try and up sell me at all. he understood what i wanted and paid the process painless, fast and above all enjoyable. i will be a repeat customer for sure.
