My husband and I took 3 young kids to the dealership and as many people can relate that makes everything 10 times harder. Michael McGuire was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about every car he showed us He wasnt pushy or annoying. He took his time and explained everything in detail. He didnt rush us for a decision. He didn't try and sell us something we couldn't afford . He was professional and did everything he could to accommodate our want and budget. Worth the trip I’ve been searching for a quality pickup for almost a year and that’s exactly what I found at Quality Chevrolet. Although I did not end up buying a C I’ve been searching for a quality pickup for almost a year and that’s exactly what I found at Quality Chevrolet. Although I did not end up buying a Chevy truck (I purchased a CPO GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain) that was above and beyond my expectations. I was assisted by, in my opinion, one of the nicest, knowledgeable and honest salesmen there, Gene Ponti. Prior to seeing vehicles on their massive lot (easily 500+ cars and trucks) Gene and I sat down and went over some of my desires and expectations of the truck I was looking to get into. I voiced my opinion about what features and uses I’d like out of the truck and Gene was able to do just that. I wasn’t shown a single truck that was out of my price range or need of use even though I asked about the 2500 HDs on the lot just out of curiosity, Gene was extremely knowledgeable about all their inventory. From the moment I arrived I was treated like a loyal, returning customer even though it was my first time ever being there. I was offered water, coffee and/or snacks once I let them know I was interested in making a purchase. I did not feel pressured or rushed at any point in the process, which for myself, was a two night endeavor (planning my financing/transportation) since I showed up alone and driving my old vehicle which I didn’t end up trading in. Long story short, check and see what Quality Chevy has to offer. There’s a plentiful selection of trucks and cars and if you’re working with Gene I’m certain he will get you into the vehicle of your dreams at an excellent price. No frills, no bs, no back end tack ons or excessive fees once you’ve made a choice. I was able to negotiate a price and even sleep on it for a night without them adding a single cent to what we agreed upon after leaving a deposit to hold the vechile mentioned above. I highly recommend!! More

When we did return to talk numbers he went over buying options and work with us on a deal that was fair for both of us: After Brian had closed the deal with us and we were waiting to sit down with financing. He stayed with us and help connect all our tech to the car and made sure we understood how to use it.
