HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ! My vehicle was a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with 67k miles. The check engine light came on, I brought my truck to Quality Chevrolet, after being charged $6,50 My vehicle was a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with 67k miles. The check engine light came on, I brought my truck to Quality Chevrolet, after being charged $6,500 in repairs my truck continued to have issues and went back 7 TIMES IN SIX MONTHS. Quality would have my truck for weeks at a time, This was my only vehicle and No loaner cars were ever available. They were never able to fix the problem with my truck. Every time I got my truck back it had another problem from lifters to misfires to a huge oil leak (which ruined my driveway). My truck was even returned with rubber gloves left in my engine. There was also greasy fingerprints on my ceiling by my sunroof and it was now pulling hard to the right. The service manager Mike was rude, unhelpful and never available, nor did he return calls on the status of my vehicle. I even complained to GM corporate due to their poor quality of work and service. Unfortunately I had to get rid of my Chevy Tahoe because they were never able to fix the problem and after 7 times in and out of their service department I have lost faith in my vehicle and in Chevrolet. More

When we called Joe Vivolo to consult on purchasing a pre owned vehicle, he checked on the inventory and 2 days later on April 27, 2024 we were in the salesroom. Joe is a good listener, not pushy, and understood our financial concerns. We purchased a 2021 pre owned Trailblazer. Beth was very helpful when I went in to look at a 2024 Blazer EV. It was a pleasant no pressure experience. Recently, the time had come for me to get a new car. I had been driving a 2011 Chevy Malibu for 12 years. During that time, I had brought it to Quality for service occasionally. Those experiences plus renting a Chevy Traverse (and liking it very much) in Summer 2023 for a roadtrip factored into me buying my 2021 Chevy Traverse at Quality. Joe Vivolo was my sales rep. This guy is FANTASTIC! He answered all my questions, let me take a test drive solo, was transparent with the breakdown of the figures, assisted me with my insurance and I felt ZERO PRESSURE during the entire 3 hours I spent with Joe. Which explains why he's been Quality's employee of the year multiple times. I recommend Joe V to be your sales rep when you go there to buy your next car. And if you already own a Chevy and you live local, the service department does a superb job and the guys are very professional (Mike D and Mike K). While we're at it, the parts department is good too. Alex is the parts manager, he assisted me when my key fobs weren't working right in my old car. More
