My sales person, Imran , was very friendly, professional 5 stars to him. He was excellent! What followed from the management was disappointing, explanations of hidden promotional conditions was never 100 5 stars to him. He was excellent! What followed from the management was disappointing, explanations of hidden promotional conditions was never 100% clear … almost by design. Changing terms, mileage, residuals were always only ever given. when asked rather than offered up to give a clear picture. In fact process seem to be designed to try to rush you through the process as quick as possible in the end so that you would not have the time or take the time to question all of the details since it was never shared to you in full till you went to the finance. Again to me, it seemed to be by design. All of the people sharing the messaging of the deal at Hand were not available when pen was put to paper you were dealing with someone else. And again I believe that was put in place so that the person’s making the commitment and or comment did not have to back up what they said.Frustrating. I don’t go in expecting to be given things. I just go in expecting that when statements are made they are backed up. This did not seem to occur in this ever shifting negotiation. It definitely turned a very happy moment of a great vehicle into a negative experience in the end. More
