To my surprise On Saturday my husband & I walked into this dealership & NOT ONE person acknowledged us, even ad we browsed the floor NO ONE came over to assist. My husband also went to the desk to ask for one of the salesman and was told he no longer worked there but STILL was not asked if assistance was needed. I leased my current GMC from this dealer so was very disappointed & annoyed with their lack of service needless to say we walked out without ever speaking to anyone not even a hello. I will not patronize this dealership again! Too bad I can't give a zero More
Awful dealership, awful experience, awful sales staff. I live a distance away so I made a firm sales appt to ensure that I wouldn’t be making the trip in vain. When I arrived I was told that everyone was bu live a distance away so I made a firm sales appt to ensure that I wouldn’t be making the trip in vain. When I arrived I was told that everyone was busy and no one would be available to help me for a good while, so I left. A sales manager (Rocco) came after me, located the car I was looking for at another dealership and gave me a quote. I was happily impressed and said that I’d call him back the next day to firm up the deal, which I did. In fact, I called a number of times, leaving messages and speaking with the front desk, always being told that I’d get a call back which never happened. I emailed, texted and called a few times the following day as well in the hopes of purchasing the car and a different sales person (Tony) texted me saying that they were very busy but that they’d get back in touch once the car was in their possession. It was becoming obvious that this deal wasn’t going to happen but I persisted in trying to get in touch with a sales person to close the deal on this car. I never did heard back from Rocco, Tony or ToniAnn, the front desk person who was in the very uncomfortable position (I assume) of always very politely telling me that she’d call me back in 10 minutes but never, ever did, even when I asked for them to just be honest and tell me the truth as to what was going on so that I could just move on if I had to. No one ever gave me the simple courtesy of a simple text saying that it wasn’t going to happen. Unreal. I did purchase a different car from another dealership but due to the irresponsible, unresponsive and disrespectful behavior of the sales staff at Quality Buick GMC I lost 3 days of valuable time which cost me a good sum of money! Unbeknownst to me my month end pull back lease incentive expired and was no longer being offered by GM - I couldn’t believe it! Goodbye to Englewood Buick to where I will never return when my new lease is up and I strongly advise you to stay away too. More

Good business sense would have been to keep the customer happy, especially for something that would have taken very little effort and would have guaranteed that I would continue to come back to them. I might have to consider alternate places in the future, since I don’t feel that they really cared. That is disappointing, since my family and I have gone to that dealership in Englewood for over 50 years. More

Not going back there! The service adviser Scott Hunter was just awful to deal with. I had to repeat myself multiple times and then I had to correct the requested services as he put it wrong on the paper all the while he is trying to upsell me. To top it off, I get into my car and the panels inside where not correctly put back, the glove box door now drops with a bang every time I open it, papers that were in my glove box were not all put back, some were in the back seat some under the seat. For that I am giving 0-stars. I am giving 3-stars for JOSEPH FALLIVENE. All the while I was there this guy was consistently busy, eather with customers or paperwork. I saw Mr. Fallivene resolve a number of customer concerns. More
