Wow what an Experience ! We all know Car shopping can be so stressful, I was on my 3rd delearship trying to decide if I wanted to switch from my Jeep to a GMC Terrain. From the second I walked through the door and the time that I picked up my new SUV There was zero stress. I joked with him that this was too easy of a process and there was bound to be a curve ball thrown somewhere. I worked with Scott Mintz, for over a week while I com No pressure at Chevrolet of Englewood. This was definitely my best car buying experience EVER! I worked with Scott Mintz, for over a week while I compared different brands of cars. Scott is friendly, knowledgeable and PEOPLE oriented. Scott gave me space to make up my own mind by listening to what I wanted and then offering the model to best suit my needs and then working it into MY price-point. Working with his team in finance, after dotting every i, crossing every t, of the lease, insurance transfer, and new plates he did not stop there! Scott made sure I understood and could use every option in my new car! Believe me, Chevy has done an amazing job using the newest technology, and installing only the most useful tools that are easy to use and not distracting while driving. Oh did I tell you I actually met the dealership's owner while wandering the lot? Sorry if I am impressed, but "hands-on" is important to great operations!
