This is our fourth Chevrolet lease, the first three handled by then sales rep/now sales manager Tom Verheeck. This time we consulted with Tom and sales rep Scott Mintz. We were treated very well and felt like we got the best and fairest deal that matched our needs. The gentleman that processed our lease paperwork the day I picked up the new Trax was great too, but I can't remember his name at the moment, sorry. The new Trax was in perfect shape and ready to go at the time of my pick-up appointment. Scott explained everything in the car very well and answered all my questions. Best car dealership experience ever! My lease with BMW was up and I was looking for another car to lease, and the Chevy Malibu was right for me. My other car, while very nice was more money than I wanted to spend condsidering I don't drive that much or that far; after 3 years, I returned the BMW with 13,500 miles - well below the 30,000 miles allowed. With the lease on the Malibu, I will be saving myself money and that's animportant consideration.. Edward Pavlica was the perfect salemen for me, because he was calm and explained the car to me in detail; I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. It was the best car dealership experience I have ever had, and I would highly recconmend Mr. Pavlica as your sales person and the dearship in general. More

Scott was very honest and upfront about the whole buying process and worked hard to get me everything I needed for my budget. He worked around my schedule, putting in late hours to make sure everything was ready for me to pick up my car next day, and he even gave me his personal phone number so that if I ever had questions, I could easily reach him. Scott went above and beyond and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and easy purchase. Service department was also great. Very friendly and all around great dealership! They Amazed Me!!! These guys amazed me! I first spoke to their general manager, Luis, about what I was looking for. I mentioned to him that I had just spoken to a fel These guys amazed me! I first spoke to their general manager, Luis, about what I was looking for. I mentioned to him that I had just spoken to a fellow general manager or sales manager of a fellow Buick dealership. I mentioned to Luis that I was told to wait 3-4 months (I still had 5 months on my current lease) before I should approach this other dealership to lease a new Buick to get to the terms I wanted, which was exactly what I was paying with my current lease. I wanted the same deal, but to tweak the miles a bit. I am a customer at this other dealership in the sense that that is where I get all my maintenance done on my Buick. I took his advice as gold. He knew the numbers and my situation and he was the boss, so I had no reason not to believe him. I called Luis and Buick GMC of Englewood just on a hunch and because I noticed on their website that they had deals unique to the four "local" Buick dealerships. He told me to give him a chance. He was enthusiastic and wanted to help me out and seemed genuinely interested/concerned. I liked his "fight". I walked in, he assigned Scott M to me, and we sat down to discuss what I was looking for. Within what seemed to be minutes, the Scott returned from the finance guy and congratulated me on my new vehicle. They met everything I was looking for without question or concern. I have no ill will toward the other dealership, but I trusted their expertise stating what I wanted could not be done and I had to wait 3-4 months. But Luis and Scott made it happen within the length of a few songs. Again, they amazed me! I had some parenting chores to do that day, so I was under a tight schedule for the day. Scott have everything ready for me on my timeline. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Their finance department was high speed! Great technology! I honestly wasn't looking forward to buying a new car because of dreadful past experiences. My experience with Ed Pavlica was the least stressful ever. He was the only salesperson that ever took the time to review all of the features of a new vehicle and he made sure that we were comfortable with everything. He was honest and upfront throughout our entire time there. I will definitely be back to this dealer for another car in the future.
