Kacper helped me get out of my misery with a 2015 Nissan Sentra that caused me so much trouble. The Nissan dealer took advantage of me. Kacper solved all my problems the same day. I am so thankful I found this dealership. In 1 hour Kacper solved what had been putting me down for 1 month. I didn't come in to buy a new Corvette, but I was treated as I was. I sincerely thank this dealership and everyone here from the bottom of my heart. There are still good places to buy cars. I didn't know good service like this still existed!! The Service manager is horrible and unprofessional. He does not care about his customers and is a terrible communicator. I am so disappointed with the treatment and service provided. He rather brush you off and ignore your concerns than to rectify the situation at hand. I do not recommend anyone to this dealership. Especially the service department as i am not the only customer who has had an issue here and I am sure I won't be the last.
