Scott answered all of our questions honestly with no pressure. We have dealt with Mitsubishi Motors for over 20 years and were looking to turn in our leases and get two new leases with your company. I made a decision to lease a 2018 Equinox LT and my son made his decision to lease a 2017 Trax and we both signed the lease papers that same day. Scott made me a promise that he would fine the exact model and color I so desired and he made my wish come true. When I called for information, the receptionist was eager to help. Our salesperson, Ed Pavlica, responded right away with what I needed to know. Upon arrival to the dealership, we found a friendly staff who were willing to help. Ed took us on a couple of test drives to help us figure out which vehicle was best suited to our needs. His knowledge of every Chevrolet vehicle was impressive. He was courteous, attentive, and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. We left the dealership that day with a new Traverse and received a follow-up call to make sure we were doing great. We will be returning for something else when this lease is up. More

Dealerphobia OK buy a car new, used or CPO from a dealer is worse than root canal IMHO. Visiting 2 or 3 dealers to shop your vehicle is time consuming, slow, uninf OK buy a car new, used or CPO from a dealer is worse than root canal IMHO. Visiting 2 or 3 dealers to shop your vehicle is time consuming, slow, uninformed sales staff and then you get to meet the DARTH VADER the " SALES MANAGER " and the 3 card Monty starts. This rebate , this credit that certificate BLAH, BLAH BLAH. In the end you really never know what the dealer actually paid and how mu profit is going to the dealership. My rue rating would have been 4.5 stars which is not an option. The reason for the .5 deduction was for the delay in getting the vehicle from their sister dealership roughly 17 miles away ..... it took 2 days. The rest of the buying experience went well. Quick and painless and we received all that was promised. We dealt with the " INTERNET GUY " for a short period of time lets say 20 minutes and then handed over the dealerships " DARTH VADER " who was actually very nice ( MORE LIKE LUKE SKYWALKER ) and easy to deal with. I would suggest wherever you go to buy a vehicle educate yourself on the model of choice and what discounts and rebates apply otherwise your doomed. I went to another local dealer for this purchase beforew going to Englewood. The salesperson was very nice but knew nothing about the vehicle, options etc. More
