Best ever leasing leasing or buying experience . I have owned or leased a GM car since my 1955 chevy convertible. I have owned or leased every model Oldsmobile (including my favorite the Aurora) and I have owned or leased a GM car since my 1955 chevy convertible. I have owned or leased every model Oldsmobile (including my favorite the Aurora) and just about every model of Chevy and this had to be the best experience ever. My salesman Scott Mintz was professional and courteous and came thru with everything he promised and made the whole transaction go smoother than I could have ever imagined. He patiently explained every feature of the car to me and answered any questions I had. In addition I had left my license on his desk and he actually brought it to my house on his way home after work which was out of the way for him. Great experience, wonderful salesperson who I would recommend in a heartbeat. More

It took 13 days from the time I walked in the door and gave a deposit, to the time I walked out with a car (which had been sitting in the lot the whole time). With that being said, Scott did EVERYTHING in his power to mend the mess that was created by a coworker and the unique challenges that I presented as a customer. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, even picking me up on the day of the purchase. I’m extremely happy with my new car! More

He understood and respected my shopping at other dealers and was curteous and helpful while I was shopping and for the purchase process. I was the last sale of the dealership and when we finished up, the dealership was closed. Scott stayed to familiarize me with the car, answer questions and ensure that I had On-star correctly setup, etc. The following day, Sun, and also later in the week, Scott texted to make sure all was good and see if i had any questions. The Finance specialist, Mike Lugo, was helpful, gave us several options, allowed us to negotiate extended warranties, and left the office so that my wife and I could talk privately. No pressure. We met with the Sales Manager, Tom Verheeck. He was helpful and friendly. When I later took the car in for a service question, the Service staff was also friendly and helpful. The dealership has that part of the custom experience nailed. When buying any GM product, Englewood Chevrolet, and particularly Scott, would be my 1st choice. The only thing to improve on, and this is a generic issue unrelated to this dealer, is to shorten the purchase process. I've purchased 5 new cars and this was best experience. Overall, I was impressed with the dealerships ethics and culture. Customer comes first. More
