Typical bait and switch. The dealership itself is clean and nice, sales people in general are courteous and selection is ample. That being said, unfortunately they are still applying the age old bait and switch tactics where the advertised vehicle is sold and of course the next available vehicle (same exact model) is priced significantly higher than the one they lure you in with. cheating people from sold programs I bought my 2012 Tahoe, now it has only 27K, I hardly use this car, when i bought it they talked me onto buying life time oil change program at around I bought my 2012 Tahoe, now it has only 27K, I hardly use this car, when i bought it they talked me onto buying life time oil change program at around $500, i went there a month ago to change the oil and that is one year interval since i dont drive the car too much, my previous oil change was in sept. 2016 the next one was a year after in Sept 2017, surprisingly they charged me for the oil change claiming that it is now under new ownership and they no longer honor previous owner programs or commitments. I will never buy again from Englewood nor i will recommend this dealer to anyone. I complained with Chevrolet direct but they say it is an independent dealer and there is nothing they can do but offer me a $100 compensation and take the car to any other available Chevrolet dealer in my area, I turned the offer down, it is not a charity. during 2017 I purchased a new Ford F150 and I can say Ford is far better not only in cars but in service and commitments, on my F150 the tonneau cover was damaged and Ford itself directed me to go to any dealer I chose and they will replace it free of charge without any questions asked. I purchased the tonneau from out of state from Ford Authorized dealer, they didnt say sorry they are independent like how Chevrolet legal dept and customer service answered me. over all Im not a satisfied Chevy customer any longer even though I owned Taheo since 1998, and for sure this is my last one. When i arrived I was greeted by Mike, who immediately made me feel comfortable. He really worked with me on the vehicle that I ended up getting. For all that work he put into making sure I was happy with my new GMC Canyon. I've been to dealerships that have been nightmares and this was an absolute dream. I couldn't be happier about my truck, and I owe it to the wonderful people at the dealership. When I get another vehicle, I'm going here. More

Best Dealership, Service, Employees, and Experience!!!! Let me start off by saying that this was my first time buying a car brand new, however it is not the first time buying a car from a dealership. So I know how exhausting and difficult it can be to jump from dealer to dealer trying to find the best used vehicle and best bang for your buck, And let's not forget the long process of the finical paperwork that goes along with the experience. Now with all that said, I can honestly say that from beginning to end, the experience I had with this dealership was nothing short of amazing, I mean everything from choosing a vehicle, to the the test drive to even the dreaded paperwork was easy, fast and informative. As a first time buyer of a new vehicle all of my questions and concerns were answered and dealt with the upmost professionalism not to mention friendly too. My salesmen Scott was very accommodating, very honest, very pleasant, and most important very relatable.
