A Painless Car Purchase WOW! Would you ever describe purchasing a car as painless. I had no choice my Lucerne was totaled by a big box truck driven by a distracted driver. WOW! Would you ever describe purchasing a car as painless. I had no choice my Lucerne was totaled by a big box truck driven by a distracted driver. I thankfully was not hurt. Well since I had no choice I did my research and said I want a red car! I have had several Buicks and the one I loved the most was a Regal which I turned in at 150,000 miles. The only red Regal 2017 I found was at Englewood Buick GMC. I was lucky. Ed Pavlica was my salesmen. He walked me through everything. A lot had changed since I owned my last Regal and he explained new computerized control and there were lots of them. So when I drove off the lot I felt completely in control. I now have about 1200 miles on the car. What a pleasure to drive this car. Thanks, Ed for making buying my new Red Regal so painless. More
