Courteous and polite but would not helpful. Courteous and polite but not helpful. I brought my 2017 Yukon Denali with 3,400 miles for service. I was asked to leave the vehicle. I live in anothe Courteous and polite but not helpful. I brought my 2017 Yukon Denali with 3,400 miles for service. I was asked to leave the vehicle. I live in another state and had no to get home. No loaner was made available to me and when I asked about a rental car I was answered “you can get one but we don’t deal with that.” I had to fend for myself calling around looking for rental companies with GM cars so I could get reimbursed later. It was either that or sleep at the dealer apparently. I walked almost a mile to get my rental. When I was getting my items out of my car I spoke with the technician who told me that they had the parts and I could wait for the vehicle. I then had to go bring my rental back and walk nearly another mile back to the shop. Communication is lacking within the service department. For me, to spend $70+ for a car AT THIS DEALERSHIP and to not be provided with a way to get home is unacceptable. I had to call three different rental companies in order to find one with a GM car. As stated earlier, although very polite, the lack of assistance for a new customer spending this much money is just unacceptable. More

Not good I received an unsolicited office from GM that my car did not have a safety recall completed and suggested that I have it done. I call Englewood Chevro I received an unsolicited office from GM that my car did not have a safety recall completed and suggested that I have it done. I call Englewood Chevrolet on a Monday, spoke to a nice woman. She told me to bring my car in Wednesday morning for the recall. I took time off work to drop the car off. I arrived prior to the service dept. opening and was 1st in line. They took my car in and said they’d call when it was done. I did not hear from them y the end of the day so I called. I was told my car “wasn’t ready” and they’d call tomorrow when it was finished. Again I did not hear from them so I called @ 4:30pm and was again told the Car was not ready. The service guy put me on hold to go check the status of my car. He came back telling me that the mechanic was just starting to work on my car. This was now close to 5:00 pm on a Friday and he expected me to believe a mechanic was starting in my car at that time!! I told them not to touch my car as I was coming to pick it up without any work having been even started in 2 days of them having the car. This is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER go back to this dealer again. They wasted my time and let my car sit outside for 2 days without even touching it! And all this because GM contacted me and one of the dealership’s employees told me to bring the car in on a specific day at a specific time for the recall repair and then they do nothing for 2 days.What a lousy way to treat a customer! Worst service ever! More
