We walked around looking at the different trucks on the lot and discussing options that I wanted. Since they didn't have the options I wanted in the color I wanted, I ordered my truck. I had a blast working with Steve and Rob (the sales manager) going over the options and building my Sierra. Doing all the finance paperwork with Mike (I think that's his name) was a breeze. He explained everything clearly and didn't race through the process like they do at other places. I know it must be boring for them saying the same thing over and over to different customers but he made me feel like an individual and not just one more person in the assembly line of finance! The delivery experience was also great. Adam explained how everything worked (vehicles are so complicated now with all the electronics!) and answered all my questions. I was also introduced to Cord in the Service Department as my contact for any issues that may arise, service-wise. First time any dealership has done that and I always buy my vehicles new. I strongly recommend Quality GMC!! More
