Terrible Dealership I dealt with salesman Carlos Venida. Completely incompetent. Communication was awful. Spoke with Carlos back and forth for 4 days. They insist you I dealt with salesman Carlos Venida. Completely incompetent. Communication was awful. Spoke with Carlos back and forth for 4 days. They insist you schedule an appointment. Told him I was coming from out of town (an hour and a half drive) to buy the car. When I arrive, I have to wait 10 minutes for Carlos to finish eating during their holiday party. He offers me a plate of food, I decline and then he passes me off to another salesman Omar for him to ask me for my license(?!?) and then tells me the car was sold that afternoon. No one had the decency to give me a courtesy call. Carlos said he sent me an email telling me it was sold, yeah, at 4:30 for a 6:00 appointment!!! I was on the road, when would I have received it?!? Terrible, experience, and a wasted 3hrs on the road! Also, while I was waiting to speak with the manager, another customer was there who's car was impounded because Quality never sent his plates and his temp plates expired, kept promising they were in the mail. This place is place is far from Quality. They live up to the term sleezy used car salesmen. More
