When you purchase a used car, no matter if they do a 100 or 1000 point inspection on the vehicle, something may pop up after the sale. For me it’s how the dealership handles those issues “after the fact or sale” is the reason I gave Quality Auto center a five star review. Even though the dealership installed new ceramic brakes during inspection prior to sale, the brakes were squeaking. I reached out to our salesperson Kimo, who was very personable and helpful when my son made the purchase and he referred me to the service manager Bobby. Bobby listened to what my issue was and said…”When can you bring the car up? He made sure by the time I left the car was perfect. To also add I sat in waiting room area which is within earshot of Bobby’s desk and I can tell you all I heard on every call was “I am going to do my best to help you and correct the situation and get you up and going! Now again, you’re buying a used car so they may not be able to fix or repair everything on the spot, but the fact that from minute one he never said "that’s not our fault, NOT our problem, that’s what you get when you purchase a used car, etc."" is beyond refreshing when your spending your hard earned dollars and shows they really care about your purchase and professionalism! finally, I never met Bobby. I only spoke to him on the phone, but while I was sitting there waiting on the car, it was around lunchtime, and he actually offered me his personal vehicle to go pick up lunch… I have been working with new and used car dealers for over 13 years and I can assure you you don’t always find that! If I could give them 10* I would! More
