Also does not seem to matter if you make an appointment or not because when we got there for our 1pm scheduled test drive we are told the car in still being worked on and that we would have to wait at least an hour. Come back from test drive and I repeatedly tell our sales guy my niece had to leave no later than 4:30 because she had work. When I tell you the next 3 hours, they showed literally no sense of urgency and had 0 issues wasting our time. Then comes the shady math from our car salesman who tries to up the advertised price over what was listed even after removing two of the fine print 3 built in discounts I am sure virtually nobody qualifies for. Then I have to call him out on his bad math at which point he tells me I am confusing him. SMH. Tries to give us pricing without actually running the loan rates and just guessing on numbers. Low balling the interest rates they ultimately give us. Over 10% on a 2020 Honda for a person with good credit and no outstanding debt. I am convinced they are one of these dealers who screw you on the interest rate so that they make more money on the loan. One other thing more than once the sales rep got up left the computer unlocked with us being able to see other customers names in the system. Not very secure in this day and age. Then after hours at this point my niece had to leave because now, she is over 30 minutes late for work. I was told I would have to stay to meet with Rich the finance manager. That's when a bad experience turned way worse. I have purchased over 20 cars in my life. I have never met a more aggressive or obnoxious finance manager in my life. Twice I told him before he came out that we were not interested in a warranty but that did not seem to matter to him. Then after making me wait another 30 minutes, he finally comes out to the desk and sits down and goes right into trying to sell me a $2500 warranty. I must have told him 8 times I was not interested, and he just got louder and more aggressive until I lost my cool with him. I even said does this strong-arm tactic ever work. So, like a bratty 3-year-old that did not get his way he finally gets up and says in a very sarcastic tone "well you are a real nice guy aren't you" and just walks away. At this point I have had it. If this car was not for my niece I would have walked away from this deal and never gone back to this place. I told that to my sales guy and ask for Rich's name and who the GM was. I explained what just happened and told him that guy is about to cost you this sale. So, he gets up and I assumed was going to bring over the GM. After more waiting and no GM he says we are all wrap up. No surprise this kind of bad behavior and service always stems from top-down management. I encourage you to read all the 1 star reviews this place has racked up and particularly in relation to them forcing warranties and the like. They also offer no 30 or 60 day warranty on your new purchase like even the smallest of lots typically do. I can tell you this with certainly I will NEVER do business here again and I will tell everyone I know how bad this experience was especially the horrible attitude Rich the finance guy brings to the table. I would not trust that guy to break a dollar bill for me going forward. Fast forward to the next day my niece calls in the morning to schedule her pick up and is told she cannot have the car until 5pm that they are still not done inspecting it from yesterday which is what delayed our 1pm appointment. Well, she calls back and complained that was too late, so they say come in over lunch time. She gets there and surprise the car is not ready, so she gets to sit and wait a couple hours again. My wife needed a very small car to drive around our surrounding areas & fit in the garage alongside her pottery studio. She found this SmartCar at USA Auto Sales. Eddie and Cyrus were friendly and straightforward. I don’t like car dealerships. But they made it easy to check out the car I wanted, leave and think about it, and come back and close on it.
