Start to finish, the experience was smooth. Every question got a thoughtful answer, not just a sales line. It’s clear the people here know what they’re doing. Every question got a thoughtful answer, not just a sales line. It’s clear the people here know what they’re doing. More
Told them right off the bat I needed financing. They found a lender, helped break everything down, and I drove off two days later. Was it perfect? No. Was it honest and low-stress? Absolutely. They didn’t just sell me a car — they made me feel like I was catching up with old friends. They listened to every story I shared. It’s a total car-lover’s spot. was catching up with old friends. They listened to every story I shared. It’s a total car-lover’s spot. More
Bought an Outlander here back in 2021. I needed something I could count on. Fast forward to 2025 — no regrets. Whether I’m on city streets or backroads, it’s never let me down. I trust Quakertown Mitsubishi because they’re upfront. No mystery fees, no last-minute “extras.” Ron walked me through the paperwork and explained everything clearly. That kind of honesty stands out. Not buying just yet, but I stopped in to check things out. They walked me through upcoming deals and new models. And the showroom? Clean, modern, and built for real conversations. This place just feels alive. Staff are laughing, chatting — good energy everywhere. Horrible service of all times(People dont wait after 72hr if your car or truck is bad return it is your rights under PA Laws)( the won't fix it) READ BEFORE YOU BUY..... BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK (((((READ)))) O if your car or truck is bad return it is your rights under PA Laws)( the won't fix it) READ BEFORE YOU BUY..... BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK (((((READ)))) Oct/2023 I found a F-150 Ford online for a good price at this dealership so i went and see it since i loved how it looked no rust. they made me a good offer so i teste drive the car it was all good the car was dirty inside and outside I proceed to ask if they would be doing a ditailing to the truck in which they agreed to do as they told me that this was a resent trade in and they didn't have time to clean it but that the car had no issues. I proceed to do the paperwork as my husband loved the car and they took more than 4 hours to finish my paper work. then the same day I brought it home and turned off to get ready for a family day out went to start the truck never turned on ( I proceed to call the salesman in which he gave me his personal number to do the detailing later and told him what was going on he was nice and told me to bring it back the next day) I brought the car back to the dealership on a flatbed and they stay with the car a whole month supposedly fixing it. they noticed they even give me a wrong plate instead of a truck plate they also notice that the truck had bad tires and a bunch of things that were showing at the odometer plus never knew they give us the truck with no inspections( obviously if the odometer has different lights of some misfire or other things the inspection won't pass so I was a skeptical after i knew all this) it comes to an end that i got tired of waiting and called them and they kept putting me on hold every time I will ask for the F-150 and never answer, so I went personally to the dealership they never found a misfire so they gave me the truck back with the issue invite them words they fix a lot of stuff in it in which we checked they were still the same pieces on the truck only stuff that were most visible like the tires and some tire sensors then. We took the truck home it started turning off and the shift was having issues getting stuck in a specific gear and sometimes don't even run. I proceed to take the truck back they again stay with the car almost 3 weeks more to end up telling me they never found a misfire and to also find out that the mechanic leader said they turn off and on the car so many times after I told them they gave me the card with no oil they still turn it on and off and never fill it up with oil until I arrived to the dealership. I was irritated alredy how i have to tell them my self if they put oil before turning it on the leady said yes we did with a attitude so I send my husband to check the oil (Guesss'sss what? No oil was put on the efin truck) i got mad but also trying to stay calm because this wwannabe mecanic could of had broken down the truck more than what they gave me it. They see me upset and about to flip out and offered me to do a trading process in which too I say no obviously because they were the ones selling me a lemon truck an also that if I trade in I had to start by pulling my credit all over and also I knew they will not give me the same amount I pay for the truck besides they knew it was broken they thought I was dumb to just say yes (You could see the salesman face he was embarrassed of how the mechanics and them dealership manager were handling the issue). I took the truck to a Ford dealership and they told me that even in the receipt on what they supposedly put on the truck is a part that it doesn't even belong to a F-150 so I'm assuming they lie over the parts like I thought on first place. This ford dealership told us that we could have aplied the 72hr law to the dealership ( in which I knew that) but they took the car for a whole month probably on purpose and I was just trusting them thinking they will fix it just because they were a legit dealership. Under the terms of this law, buyers have 72 hours to return a vehicle if they deter More
