I have purchased over 8 vehicles and have never had a worse experience with a dealership. I had an appointment to see two Ram 1500 trucks, both listing for $35.500. Upon arrival I was told the one had just been sold the night prior. After taking the truck for a test drive the salesman started talking finance terms based on the listed $35,500. I told him would like to know the price of the truck with taxes and fees. Hope your sitting down because when he came back with the out the door price it was $46,900. Are you kidding me, I just purchased a car from another dealership for my wife for the same exact retail and taxes and fees were $3,000. I was willing to pay the full retail and a fair tax/fee charge which would have been around $39,000. I questioned a charge of $3,500 and he claimed it was to cover lojack and other defects that could happen for the lifetime of the truck. I stated the total price was way too high and he said would you purchase the truck if I was able to remove the $3,500 additional fee. Bottom line is if anyone does purchase a vehicle from this establishment you are getting ripped off. Those 5-star reviews you may be reading are most likely being typed by someone that never purchased a car from this place. My next message is going to the Better Business Borough because I don't think they should be able to bait customers with low listed retails, adding on accessary that are not on the vehicle, then jacking up the price. More

The required add-ons are real, it shows as 'other' on the paperwork. It covers lojack and interior/exterior coating or some BS. I spoke with multiple sales and managerial associates at Quakertown Mitsubishi about purchasing a Ram truck on their lot, fully indicating to them I was wanting to purchase the vehicle. After the 4th phone call of the day with the sales team, Tom told me he had another appointment and would call me back shortly and send me the final sale numbers for the truck with the understanding I would be purchasing the truck. I then spent the next 4 hours obtaining loan pre-approvals and insurance quotes and even settled on a policy that gave me proof if insurance (insurance card) for that VIN # vehicle. After all of this, I called back before closing hours to reconnect and was told they would have to take a message because Tom was with another customer. I woke up the next morning with a voicemail from Tom saying that while he was meeting with the other customer, the truck had been sold. There was no effort by the sales team to ensure that I was securing the purchase that I had spent so much time on and there was no mention of another person looking to buy the vehicle while I was working with the sales team. It was sold right out from underneath me. I would not count on this dealership to give you their full effort when buying a vehicle. They still have not returned my call. More
Drove an hour to see a car they had for sale , had checkbook with me ready to buy put money down. False advertisement on the amount of what they wanted for the car.
