This charge include There is a $3500+ upcharge on all used vehicles. This information is not disclosed on website and is disclosed at the dealership. This charge includes low-jack, paint protection, and a sterilization of vehicle which is non-negotiable. It's a take it or leave it package deal. I visited the dealership on 2/18/23, came in with pre-approved financing from a lender of my choosing. I signed the contract on the vehicle of my choice but was advised I couldn't take the vehicle until payment has been received from my lender. Ok..made sense. I waited 3 business days with no contact from dealership. On 2/22/23, I reached out to them for a status update. The sales manager advised me the check didn't clear from my lender and they would have to re-submit for purchase. I later discovered that day, from my lender, the reason the check didn't clear is because the dealership failed to send over the bill of sales. I immediately contacted the dealership requesting them to send over the bill of sales to my lender. After a brief back and forth with the sales manager, Michael, he advised the that "I should forward a copy over to my financer that it would be a faster process". NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY! But whatever, if it will help expedite the process, sure. I received notice from my lender on 2/23/23, they received the bill of sale from me that I could notify the dealership to re-submit payment for processing. Which I executed that same day. I contacted the sales representative on Saturday morning, 2/25 request if the vehicle would be available for pick-up. He advised me the sales manager stated the vehicle would be available for pick-up on Monday 2/28. I took the day off, in expectation the vehicle would be available. Contacted the dealership in the morning only to discover that they wouldn't release the vehicle to me because they haven't received confirmation from their accounting department that payment was received. I immediately contacted the lender to find out what was holding up payment. Only to discover that payment was deposited and cleared on Friday 2/24. The issuing agent from my lender took it a step further and contacted the dealerships financing department to confirm payment was issued and deposited in the dealerships account Friday requesting the information be relayed to the sales department so the vehicle could be released over to me. As of this evening, I still don't have the vehicle in my possession and I'm giving the dealership 24hrs to relinquish the vehicle or cancel the contract. No vehicle is worth this much hassle!!! More
This is a bait and scam dealership, you should stay away. I drove 3 hours, wasted 2 to 3 hours there at the dealership and drive back took me 3 and half hours. I called to make sure the car was there and confirm the price. They said it's available, no issues and confirmed the price. When I got there, the car was in really bad condition, needed work and they wanted thousands more than the online list price. Not a good look for a premium dealer... better off going to a reputable dealer. More

Same thing happened to me. I drove 90 minutes and then the bait and switch when discussing pricing. Nearly $3,000 in additional charges for Lo Jack and clearcoat, which probably costs them $500. I was told these charges are mandatory on all their vehicles. The worst part was I spoke to the salesman and he knew I was driving 90 minutes. I asked him about the charges and he said that is the price of the vehicle and went over their doc fees but never mentioned the additional charges. I guess I should have looked at their reviews before making the drive. I do not blame the salesman as you can tell he is trained to deceive. Shame on me, buyer beware!!! I More
Drove over an hour to see a used SUV here. The sales person was friendly and new. We looked at 3 vehicles. A range rover, which was literally soaked inside due to a leaking roof. Not a great first impression. Looked at 2 audi's (both were reported lemon buy backs according to the check report) and were possibly interested in one. The price listed on the website was 33500. When I asked for the numbers the salesperson came back from the manager (I guess) with a quote of over 47000. While yes this included tax, they also forced in over 11k in added garbage. $11,000! More than 7k was various wheel and tire protection as well as other things, which he said he could remove, there was nearly 4k in unremarkable and un-needed/unwanted items. I clearly said I just want the car. The salesperson went to the manager (I am guessing again) said those are not removable. I promptly left. I believe this dealership is under new ownership and I would highly recommend steering away from them. The salesperson again was ok, but the bait policies are disgusting. If you are forcing the sale of these Unwanted items I would think there is an obligation to list that price on the website. Going from $33,500 to over $47000 is shady as... More
Don’t be fooled by deceiving prices! On 11/22/22 I stopped in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler. I live 10 minutes from this dealer so, the location was great, the time was great and the “price was great”, until I walked in. Within the first 2 minutes I get a whole story about… “Our prices are below everyone else within 200 miles! Oh but you HAVE TO pay $3,500 more than we advertised for ADD-ONS. (Lojack tracking and protective coating), and they are non-negotiable.” They actually call them “add-ons” as if you might have a choice to decline them. After asking multiple times it was made clear they cannot be declined, if you want the car, you must take the “add-ons”. I can’t believe this is an allowable practice. Your prices are right in line with everyone else’s. Witch is fine! Good enough to sell cars but no, apparently some “genius” thought this would be a great way to get people in the door. They were correct. It’s also a great way to NOT sell cars. I will never go back to this place and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this scam of a dealership. I also think it’s pretty telling that the dealership responds to all the negative reviews the same way, “Sorry to hear about your experience, we want to fix it please reach out to us blah blah blah.” How about instead of apologizing after you deceive people, you advertise what your actual prices are and then you won’t have to apologize at all! If that sounds like a CRAZY idea to you, then you’re probably the person who came up with the whole “show them a low price and sell them a higher one.” Oh and yes the salesmen told me that those $3500 “add-ons” are for every vehicle they sell. Good luck to you. Can’t wait to get the generic apology. More
