BUYER BEWARE! !!.........this is going to be a long read! This is a dealership that only wants your money and not provide customer service. We purchased a Ram Reb !!.........this is going to be a long read! This is a dealership that only wants your money and not provide customer service. We purchased a Ram Rebel on June 17, 2023. Although our salesman "Tristan" seemed nice our underlying gut felt different. We spent 6 hours at the dealership. 1. He quoted us a price for extended warranty and at the time of purchase he told us a higher price. Seeing I had written down the original quote he had to honor it. 2. Gave us carfax but turned out it was for a different vehicle. He never offered us the correct one. 3. He and the manager just kept coming back to us with different prices than they would originally tell us. Always trying to increase our costs. 4. There were floor mats in it but when it was time to leave they weren't in the truck. He had to pull out mats from another vehicle to give us. 5. We did a spot delivery and drove home with the vehicle. He told us we can come back any time to have the vehicle "Detailed" So we brought it back on a Saturday 2 weeks later. We decided to make some modifications to the truck which we found out would cancel out our extended warranty. In addition to our mechanic and a friend who's a financial manager at a real and respectable Dodge dealership told us to cancel it. Saturday came and mind you we live 2 hours away, one way. When we got there I asked Tristan if they were going to vacuum the inside? He said "they broke the vacuum today and since May they've broken 5 vacuums, so they can't vacuum". I thought it strange too when he said it would be ready in less than 45 minutes. I've never cleaned a car in my life in under 45 minutes. After they were done they never: wiped down the entire truck-water stains on the doors and windows, no tire shine, never cleaned or wiped inside. I could have done better going thru the car wash. Yes they filled our tank of gas for driving so far, but really??? we drove 4 hours round trip for this. 6. Ok so I'm just getting started here. After the truck wash we told Tristan we wanted to Cancel our extended warranty. He said we needed to talk to the financial manager who wasn't there that day (hmmm a financial manager is who usually closes up the deals. I guess they don't want to sell anything that day?) Tristan told us he'd have him call us Monday at 12:00. Monday came and no call....I called Tristan twice that day and left messages with no call back.Tuesday, I called again twice and left messages, no call back Wednesday left a message and also finally spoke to a manager names Ilia who told me the financial manager Alex will call me Thursday morning at 10:00am. Of course Thursday, no call. I called left a message. Oh did I tell you that there is NO direct phone number to this dealership directly. All calls go thru a phone service located outside the US. Friday comes along I call again and again have to leave a message and said Alex will call me within an hour. At that time out of curiosity I asked her what country she's in and she refused to tell me. To my surprise a half hour later Alex calls me. I explained what we wanted to do and he was not aware of the company ALLY that the warranty is from. He told me I couldn't cancel it until at least 6 months of payments. I told him I have the contract right in my hands and it states "Cancel anytime, for any reason no penalties". He said he needed to talk to Tristan (for what reason I have no idea when this guy is the financial manager). So needless to say it's now 3 days later and no call back. After giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt and cancel through them I am now going directly to Ally and cancelling. I spoke to Ally a couple of weeks they just needed to push a button and cancel it without any issues or problem. 7. This dealership is a "BAIT & SWITCH" place. They bait you with one thing or price they switch it to a higher price. I'm still waiting on my license plates! More

Was assigned a text and phone prior to that. Confirmed appointment today. Got there the person I talked to I was to ask for, wasn't a salesperson. Was assigned a sales person who immediately said tge car was sold a few days ago. But checked his computer. Confirmed it and said the ibternet people dont xommunicate with sales about whsts availablrme. ( I think thats reversed.) However he apogized and would like to talk to me about other vehicles. (This apleared as click bait) I just walked out. I believe this is just their normal practice and they are trained to get people in so they can get them talking More

He asked specifically about any additional fees and was told just a $600 fee and sales tax. He got all the way there and the truck was not there. They were pulling a bait and switch. Then they told him there is an extra fee of $2500 for Low Jack. They do this with every vehicle and they will not let you opt out of low jack. SCAMMERS! Don’t waste your time. More

Look up their reviews… all 1 star for same reason. Drive to see the car, dealer adds $3k to listed price for dealer upgrades. I requested a quote by email before making the drive, salesman was polite but said manager required in person presentation of price to go over list price and fees. This dealer is stuck in the 1980’s with their “sales” techniques. Also look to see how many 5 star reviews they had in 2022….. all on the same day. If you count them up, they sold 25 cars that day and every sale was 5 star. Don’t waste your time with this dealer and their low advertised price. More
Be weary visiting this dealership. There is a $3500+ upcharge on all used vehicles. This information is not disclosed on website and is disclosed at the dealership. This charge include There is a $3500+ upcharge on all used vehicles. This information is not disclosed on website and is disclosed at the dealership. This charge includes low-jack, paint protection, and a sterilization of vehicle which is non-negotiable. It's a take it or leave it package deal. I visited the dealership on 2/18/23, came in with pre-approved financing from a lender of my choosing. I signed the contract on the vehicle of my choice but was advised I couldn't take the vehicle until payment has been received from my lender. Ok..made sense. I waited 3 business days with no contact from dealership. On 2/22/23, I reached out to them for a status update. The sales manager advised me the check didn't clear from my lender and they would have to re-submit for purchase. I later discovered that day, from my lender, the reason the check didn't clear is because the dealership failed to send over the bill of sales. I immediately contacted the dealership requesting them to send over the bill of sales to my lender. After a brief back and forth with the sales manager, Michael, he advised the that "I should forward a copy over to my financer that it would be a faster process". NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY! But whatever, if it will help expedite the process, sure. I received notice from my lender on 2/23/23, they received the bill of sale from me that I could notify the dealership to re-submit payment for processing. Which I executed that same day. I contacted the sales representative on Saturday morning, 2/25 request if the vehicle would be available for pick-up. He advised me the sales manager stated the vehicle would be available for pick-up on Monday 2/28. I took the day off, in expectation the vehicle would be available. Contacted the dealership in the morning only to discover that they wouldn't release the vehicle to me because they haven't received confirmation from their accounting department that payment was received. I immediately contacted the lender to find out what was holding up payment. Only to discover that payment was deposited and cleared on Friday 2/24. The issuing agent from my lender took it a step further and contacted the dealerships financing department to confirm payment was issued and deposited in the dealerships account Friday requesting the information be relayed to the sales department so the vehicle could be released over to me. As of this evening, I still don't have the vehicle in my possession and I'm giving the dealership 24hrs to relinquish the vehicle or cancel the contract. No vehicle is worth this much hassle!!! More
This is a bait and scam dealership, you should stay away. I drove 3 hours, wasted 2 to 3 hours there at the dealership and drive back took me 3 and half hours. I called to make sure the car was there and con I drove 3 hours, wasted 2 to 3 hours there at the dealership and drive back took me 3 and half hours. I called to make sure the car was there and confirm the price. They said it's available, no issues and confirmed the price. When I got there, the car was in really bad condition, needed work and they wanted thousands more than the online list price. Not a good look for a premium dealer... better off going to a reputable dealer. More
