Frauds, Liars, adds $4000 to every advertised price on site. NEVER EVER go there. This must be illegal! Drove 90 minutes, test drove a truck advertised online for $32,460. We sit down he says, let me s site. NEVER EVER go there. This must be illegal! Drove 90 minutes, test drove a truck advertised online for $32,460. We sit down he says, let me show you how we price cars here. Huh? He proceeds to show me the actual cost and there is an addition cost of $4,000 He tells me it is non-negotiable. SO, the advertised price of $32,460 is $4000 less than their actual selling price Read all the reviews. This place is despicable. I have just filed a claim to PA Consumer Affairs. I though these lying crook type of car dealerships went extinct 20 year ago. More

I had an appointment to see a vehicle and drove over an hour to view. They sold the vehicle before I got there with no courtesy call. Definitely don’t recommend I should have checked reviews. Horrible Terrible Shady Lies After texting and having proof of our conversation, we drove over an hour to purchase the car. Upon arrival, noone greeted us. Weird. The person we had communicated with was proof of our conversation, we drove over an hour to purchase the car. Upon arrival, noone greeted us. Weird. The person we had communicated with was nowhere to be found. (he's an internet salesperson or something) He seemed super friendly, helpful, and honest in text. I doubt he exists. The car had 3 tires the same, one different "that would all be new when we buy it." Texts- "What is the inclusive pricing? We are not interested in wasting anyone's time with hidden fees." "Car price plus all tax, tags, and doc fee. The doc fee will cost $425." Love how he says, "have a blessed day" too. When we sat down to talk about actually purchasing the car, there was a $2,500 fee added! I wish I could remember exactly what it was for?? Detailing any time and coating? I don't know. I didn't really pay attention because it was poo poo. We said we have texts indicating there would be no poo poo fees. We were absolutely not paying that. Of course they tried to bring the price down a minimal amount but couldn't really because those cars go fast. Finally they said they had a full cash offer for the next morning trying to get us to take the offer. Are you kidding me?! You would sell a car you promised to someone else to us?! These people are SHADY! It did NOT feel like a Mitsubishi dealership, but a weird used car place. A big one. It was busy the whole time. How is this place in business?! We aren't even sure the car and car fax were legit. Something felt very off. The car was not detailed thoroughly either but surely would be if we bought it. RUN AWAY! There has to be far more to the story of this place, and it's not a good story! More
Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Salesman had very little knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. They had all sort of added charges like Lo Jack, paint protection, interior pr Salesman had very little knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. They had all sort of added charges like Lo Jack, paint protection, interior protection. Told them I didn't want any of them. Said they couldn't remove the charges because they were already finished. Also Told me they couldn't give me the exact cost of an extended warranty. Finance person acted as though he was doing me a favor. If I could give them a lower rating I would. Come to find later I don't have Lo Jack. Beware of this dealership!! More
Was considering purchasing a vehicle from out of state and having it delivered. The price seemed great until I scrolled down on the cars com Ad and saw the advertised price was after a $1995 down payment and having it delivered. The price seemed great until I scrolled down on the cars com Ad and saw the advertised price was after a $1995 down payment and before a $4,995 xx “protection plan”, lol. So a vehicle that’s listed for $55k is really $62k. This is total xx, shady and unethical!!!! Beware!!!! More

The price they showed on a website was around 35,000. After I sat down with the sales person he immediately raised the price about 5,000, he stated it was for things like lowjack and other features they After I sat down with the sales person he immediately raised the price about 5,000, he stated it was for things like lowjack and other features they put into the vehicle. If I could give this dealership a zero I would. I exchanged a bunch of emails back and forth with this dealership and ultimately wound up scheduling an appointment to come test drive a car. I even I exchanged a bunch of emails back and forth with this dealership and ultimately wound up scheduling an appointment to come test drive a car. I even got a call to confirm the appointment a few hours prior. I made sure to let them know that my husband had to leave work early to make this appointment time work. We drove 40 minutes to go test drive this car. We walked into the dealership where the music was blaring, nobody got up to greet us, they had to go find somebody who was available to work with us. When we told them what car we were interested in, they checked the computer and came back to us and said "I hope you didn't drive far to come here." We told them we did and the salesman said "we don't have the car yet, we just bought it at auction and it's not here yet." He said the person that I was emailing with is probably in Nicaragua and just gets paid to get people in the door. He was then kind enough to walk us out of the building and told us that all the prices online are actually almost four grand lower than what the prices actually are because they have a mandatory wrap around service that is not included in the price. We wound up buying a car at a different dealership on the way home. More
