Bad service, misleading ads, dirty showroom, borderline chop shop. Went there to look at a used ram, texted and emailed with sales staff saying I’m coming from an hour away, don’t want waste my time. Assured it wouldn’t be a waste, get there, truck I was interested in was in the shop and wouldn’t start. Completely unprofessional sales staff didn’t even introduce himself to me or barely talked to me. Then come to find out, every cars price in Auto Trader, Capital One, etc. has fine print discounts attached to it that can only be viewed on their website. Borderline false advertising, bait and switch nonsense. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never go there. More

Website pricing is very deceptive. Actual price’s thousands of dollars higher than advertised price due to fine print deep at the bottom of their website. This dealership is full of crooks. They take your “non-refundable” deposit and then sell the car from underneath you and then you can’t get your deposit back. I wish I could give them zero stars. They defrauded us into buying a 2020 Audi A6 that as soon as we took delivery we realized was flooding form the inside out. After almost a week of fi They defrauded us into buying a 2020 Audi A6 that as soon as we took delivery we realized was flooding form the inside out. After almost a week of fighting with them to address the issue (and we had to threaten legal action), they cancelled our contract and had us return the car & take our trace in back instead of just making it right / putting us into another comparable vehicle. Ilya the manager of this dealership is a joke. Yan, the CEO of Dunhill Auto Group which owns this dealership took zero responsibility also. They are criminals. Stay far far far away. More

The worst dealership ever DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME! !!!!!! They do not care about their customers! I’ve had my truck less then 4 months and it’s been in the shop lon more then my driveway they promised !!!!!! They do not care about their customers! I’ve had my truck less then 4 months and it’s been in the shop lon more then my driveway they promised me to replace the bald tires they had on the truck and never fulfilled that I even drove the truck back to them to see if they would fix the issues the truck was giving me and I got the cold shoulder ignoring the fact the the second week of owning the truck the fuel pump went out on me they didn’t care truck came with no struts on it !!! Oh and because they have a in-house inspection of course all the vehicles are going to pass “inspection” to make their end look good on the good old black and white paperwork So Thank u Quakertown Mitsubishi for living up to all your terrible reviews I just wish I would have read them before stepping foot on your premises More

Frauds, Liars, adds $4000 to every advertised price on site. NEVER EVER go there. This must be illegal! Drove 90 minutes, test drove a truck advertised online for $32,460. We sit down he says, let me show you how we price cars here. Huh? He proceeds to show me the actual cost and there is an addition cost of $4,000 He tells me it is non-negotiable. SO, the advertised price of $32,460 is $4000 less than their actual selling price Read all the reviews. This place is despicable. I have just filed a claim to PA Consumer Affairs. I though these lying crook type of car dealerships went extinct 20 year ago. More
