I regret not reading the reviews earlier. I found a 2024 Outlander listed on their website for $29K after a dealer discount. I called to confirm the car’s availability and the listed price, then drove an hour to the dealership. After the test drive, the salesperson presented me with a price that was $3K higher than what was listed online and what had been confirmed over the phone. When I asked why, the salesperson claimed that the internet price included discounts that I wasn’t eligible for—despite never asking me if I qualified for any discounts. Additionally, they offered me $2,500 less for my trade-in than two other dealerships had appraised it for in the past two weeks. I've dealt with dishonest dealers before, but this experience was particularly frustrating. It was a complete waste of time. Stay away and don't waste yours. More

They try to upcharge the vehicle 2000$ if you finance through your own bank(never heard of), and tried telling me I have to wait 3 months to refinance through my bank. Tried doing a trade in and they lowballed me almost 3000$ of KBB value. Good at scamming not friendly business. They bought the truck off an auction and CarFax doesn’t clearly state it was but it was sent from 3 different dealers after the 2nd owner. DO NOT GO HERE More

I went here to look at a 2008 Lincoln Mark listed for around $9700. When I went to actually purchase the vehicle, suddenly the price jumped up to $15,000. I was able to get the price down to $11,500, not around $9700. When I went to actually purchase the vehicle, suddenly the price jumped up to $15,000. After I bought it outright with a Certified Check, they informed me that they truck was not currently inspected and I would have to bring it back in to get it inspected. I brought it back in the next week and did not receive any information on the truck for over a week. I had contacted them nearly everyday for that week and just kept getting told that it would be ready the next day. Finally, someone informed me that the truck was not going to pass inspection and instead of fixing the issue they were sending me a check for the amount I paid for the truck. So they sold me a truck illegally and instead of making it right they just gave me my money back and washed their hands of it. Now I have no truck and have to continue to look for another one. I definitely do not recommend buying from them. They're just looking to scam people! If I could give negative stars I would! More

I Reviewed The Pricing Disclamer On Both Sites And Reviewed Both Websites And Found No Such Price HAD Existed Nor Was There Any Special Offers Regarding The Used Vehicle. I attempted to deal but no sale was made because I didn't meet the qualifications in your listing "Pre-Owned Disclaimer". I came in with a $15,000 budget and you people would not sell me the car for less than $17,700. Go figure? You will sell the car for $13,990 to people that meet your Pre-Owned Disclaimer but not to a customer who wanted the car and had $15,000 to hand over for a sale. I was told well perhaps meet half way, so begrudgingly I said $16,000, but still they came back and said sorry can’t do it must be $17,700. In my opinion this is shady salesmanship and misleading. You post the price $13,990 right up front $35 below blue book value. This is nothing but a lure to get people in your dealership that want to buy a car, but only on your terms. This is unfortunate because I loved the car. I am without a car because I was rearended and my car was destroyed last Sunday. So even expressing my need no one would understand my situation and stuck to their price. Didn't care. But someone else will undoubtedly come along and be taken in and buy it on your terms. Would not refer you to other people in need of a car. One star review from me. More

This is advertised price on several car websites with no stipulations. I am a cash buyer. the sales rep tells me they add $2,000 onto price of car because I am not financing. I tell them give me best price and I will buy it. The price all in is $54,500 roughly. I tell them no way. Title and fees roughly $450.00. 6% tax on $45,900 is $2,754.00. Total would be $49,194.00 with online price and taxes and fees. Stay away from here! No negotiations and increasing price based upon their whim! More
Purchased vehicle July of 2023. Plus when they worked on our car last summer they cracked our windshield. Now my car is currently in their shop sitting because it broke down on the turnpike three weeks ago and Quakertown Mitsubishi gave us the wrong warranty at time of purchase. The salesman who is apparently no longer there signed us up for a warranty for electronic components in the vehicle like heated seats and a heated steering wheel - all components our vehicle does not have. Meanwhile at the time of purchase we were told that we were getting a powertrain warranty to cover all moving parts. Mike the manager said it was their fault we were given the wrong warranty and tried to rectify it with the warranty company but the warranty company has decided that they will not change the warranty back to what we originally thought we were getting. So essentially Quakertown Mitsubishi made the mistake with our warranty, admitted it and will now do nothing to fix the issue. Mike the manager said we can trade the car in if we wanted and purchase another vehicle. I have a major problem with that because I will be trading in a vehicle that will be worth nothing because it no longer runs and I have paid for a warranty that I didn’t need. We would be losing money instead of Quakertown Mitsubishi losing money because they made the mistake. Please do not use this dealership. I understand mistakes happen but when the dealership wants to do nothing to rectify their mistake that is a major red flag. More
Do not buy from here unless you have yourself pre approved and know what your rates should be. I have excellent credit and as I was trying to make my purchase they had me 4% higher than I was pre app approved and know what your rates should be. It took for me to leave and start driving away for them to give me the rate I deserve. I purchased the car and it wasn't inspected. So I had to bring it back a week later. In the process they were to complete their "we owe" work. During that process they removed tint from my car without consent and they also didn't do the car detailing they promised me. I had an appointment and it took them two day to complete the inspection only to come to pick it up with some tint removed, the gas not put in and the car not detailed. I talked to Alex lebron on the phone and over text with promises of things would be done. Then promised of we will make it up to you. They lied the whole time and try to get over on you. I called and tried talking to anyone I could to resolve this I talk to the sales department worker first many then the manager Ella then Mike Russo the service advisor then I called and talked to May at the front desk who sent me to leave another message with the main manager on duty no one will call me back. Two messages and it has now been 14 days. Rude and unprofessional. Do not buy from here More
