I had great service. i took the vehicle in a day early because a big snow storm was coming. The had the service completed by the next day, Picked up the vehicle the day after the foot snow and it was clea because a big snow storm was coming. i traveled all the way from marlton nj because they had the best price for exactly the type and color of the car i was looking for jim was very knowable and very easy to work with. Terrible experience overall. There was too much pressure to make a decision. The salesman was in a rush. His numbers were not reasonable to us, so the time we tried to negotiate, the salesman, Steve replied to make a decision. The salesman was in a rush. His numbers were not reasonable to us, so the time we tried to negotiate, the salesman, Steve replied, "We are not here to negotiate". The rudeness and arrogance kept increasing and in the end, he simply asked us to get up and leave. The place where I come from, nobody gets treated with such disrespect. By behaving like this, he made it personal. I never met such a rude person ever in my life. More
