They don't try to sell you unnecessary items, but do let you know when items will be needing replacement at the next maintenance interval (i.e.tires). In comparison to local tire shops, Milam gave me a fairly low quote for new tires. I am very impressed with Milam's maintenance service. Plus, they top it off with a thorough vacuuming and an amazing car wash that brings the shine out in my car. I also enjoy chatting with the sales consultants. Gary Jackson has great suggestions and helpful information. I definitely recommend Milam! More
