I was jerked around - to say the least - and finally called Kyle at Miliam (where I have all of my car needs taken care of) and he reserved two tires (so as to not mess up my AWD system) and scheduled me for the next morning. When I got there they found that I only actually need one tire not two and washed my car! Everyone at Milam, especially Kyle, is kind - polite and quick to take action. I’ll never make the mistake of trying to go somewhere else for my CX-5 again. Thank you Milam! More

Wait time The only thing I was disappointed with was the wait time. I made an appointment specifically so it would be done when I got off from work. While I was browsing the cars, I noticed a lot of other employees thanking him for lunch. He made a couple dozen lbs of homemade bbq for his Mazda family. They don't try to sell you unnecessary items, but do let you know when items will be needing replacement at the next maintenance interval (i.e.tires). In comparison to local tire shops, Milam gave me a fairly low quote for new tires. I am very impressed with Milam's maintenance service. Plus, they top it off with a thorough vacuuming and an amazing car wash that brings the shine out in my car. I also enjoy chatting with the sales consultants. Gary Jackson has great suggestions and helpful information. I definitely recommend Milam! More
