I felt comfortable right out of the gate opening up about what I was looking for. Gary had the patience to "listen" to my needs and help put me in the right car. He didn't try to "up" sell me on something that I didn't really need. I was his #1 focus and it showed is his dedication to me "the customer." The purchase of a Mazda 3 was a special one for a sweet sixteen birthday gift. The entire team at Milam from the sales team to the finance manager and the General Manager all participated in the "special presentation." I have never had an experience like this before when purchasing a car. The Milam Team went well beyond my expectations. It is nice that you have a comfortable place to wait with beverages and snacks ( although healthier snacks would be nice ). It took a little longer because I wanted my car washed but if I had a small complaint, it would be that a good vacuuming would be nice. I do understand that it is not a detailing service, but a real vacuuming would be nice. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience! More
