The purchase of a Mazda 3 was a special one for a sweet sixteen birthday gift. The entire team at Milam from the sales team to the finance manager and the General Manager all participated in the "special presentation." I have never had an experience like this before when purchasing a car. The Milam Team went well beyond my expectations. It took a little longer because I wanted my car washed but if I had a small complaint, it would be that a good vacuuming would be nice. Always courteous and quick I always get great service when I bring my car in. I recently had a "milestone" service, which was going to take up to 4 hours. They offered me a car I always get great service when I bring my car in. I recently had a "milestone" service, which was going to take up to 4 hours. They offered me a car to use while waiting (I didn't have to ask), but I decided to wait. Their waiting area is clean, comfortable and stocked with snacks, drinks and TV. They provided updates along the way and my car was completed in just over 3 hours. I appreciate the service I get from Milam Mazda. More
