I returned to Milam for a reason. When I was in the market for a new car in 2016, I was reffered to Milam and Chris Wodjenski by a friend & co-worker. I knew what I wanted & I didn't want to play ball. I was a hard customer to please. However, Chris made this experience better than expected & helped get me into the best car. He was patient & worked with me on pricing. Moving forward to July of 2019. My 2016 Mazda was totaled by a texting driver. I called Chris right away hoping he could help me. That he did. He pulled up every car and some even out of State to work with me. We did a lot of dealings by e-mail. Again, He knew what I wanted and I could not be more please at how gracious & helpful he was. Milam had just got in 15 days prior to my inquiry the SAME EXACT car but upgraded & less mileage than mine had. Milam & Chris gave me the price my previous car was worth & didn't haggle with me. They just wanted to make sure I was happy given my recent serious car accident. I trusted Chris for a second time and he came threw for me. I even hugged him. (I never hug people) My son turned 16. I am in the market for a car for him, I will definitely consider going back to Milam for a great car & great service. Thank you Milam Mazda & Chris Wodjenski More

USAA Used Car Buying I went through USAA to buy my first car - I was looking for a newer Subaru Outback with all of the safety features. I just missed the sale on another I went through USAA to buy my first car - I was looking for a newer Subaru Outback with all of the safety features. I just missed the sale on another lot and contacted Milam about one they had. They got back to me right away and went out to take a test drive. Mike Alemayehu was my rep - he let my mom and I go out on a drive by ourselves so we could be comfortable and really look into the car. Thanks to USAA, there was no haggling with the price - Mike got all of the details squared away, we sat down and went through financing, which was simple and straightforward. He answered all of my questions. They even wrote in my contract that they would take care of a scratch on one of the passenger doors. Very pleasant experience overall, so thank you! More

Each experience has been wonderful and the staff have treated us like family. We have worked with Chris W. through each sale— he does an excellent job in helping you to find a car or truck that fits your needs as well as your budget, without the pushy sales feel. The service department and finance department are also fantastic. If we weren’t moving back to the east coast, I would be a customer for life. Go to Milam! More

Awesome Super helpful, really tried to help me find tires that fit my budget. Was quoted a whopping 1300$ for tires and les Schwab and got them at the Mazda f Super helpful, really tried to help me find tires that fit my budget. Was quoted a whopping 1300$ for tires and les Schwab and got them at the Mazda for 810$. Although it was a long wait (almost 3 hours) they were super busy and treated everyone in the waiting room with care. Glad I bought from here and will recommend to everyone. More
