The deal was mostly worked out and we made the trip from Spokane to see and drive the 2010 Ford Sport Trac. we arrived late , close to closing time , but ,Donny still took me on a test drive and we were able to finalize the deal..John stayed after closing to finish the paper work .and we were on our way. An excellent place to buy a car good staff friendly and helpful. If I ever need another car and find it on carguru at their lot I would have no problem dealing with them again. More

Wasting my time **UPDATE 7/22/2015** I wanted to update this review to show that the dealership was finally able to attempt to make right the terms of the sale, but **UPDATE 7/22/2015** I wanted to update this review to show that the dealership was finally able to attempt to make right the terms of the sale, but it took posting negative reviews at multiple locations in order to achieve this. Jeremy Balzarini (General Sales Manager) took personal interest into rectifying this situation. The soft top was ordered, picked up, and then shipped to me. The dealership then paid to have it installed for me. While this did finally rectified the situation, it was a situation that should have never happened, and required negative reviews in order to achieve the results. I would be careful when purchasing a vehicle from them, verifying everything that is advertised is actually in the vehicle and not agreeing until it is complete. Don't rely on the "Will Do" sheet to get it done for you. I purchased a Jeep from you on June 18th that was advertised as including a soft top. For whatever reason, there was no soft top with the Jeep, and even though you had advertised it as such, I had to negotiate this into the price of the Jeep when purchasing it with a promise that I will be notified when it comes in, and I can come in and they will put it on. Fast forward until July 1st, and I receive an email from Susana that my plates are in, and asking if I wanted to come in or have them mailed to me. After letting her know that I was still waiting on the soft top and I would have to be in for this, she had Lorenzo contact me. Lorenzo called me and wouldn't you know it, the soft top was never ordered. He told me he would order it, it would be in after the July 4th weekend, and then he would send it to me, along with the plates. Now, we sit on the 18th of July, with no soft top, and no plates, and nobody returning phone calls when I leave messages. Left two today, with nothing in return. At this point, I've had enough. Either get the soft top, and have somebody drive to me and install it in the vehicle, or have somebody deliver me a check for $1000, the negotiated price of the soft top. Either way, I am through waiting on your dealership to come through on their promises. More

Fantastic Service from Alex Black & Tom Maggerise I drive a Lexus is250 and while in Puyallup for my son's soccer practice at Washington Premier, I noticed my front brakes making a sound. So I pulled I drive a Lexus is250 and while in Puyallup for my son's soccer practice at Washington Premier, I noticed my front brakes making a sound. So I pulled into Milan Mazda and was met by Alex Black. She was very nice and after 10 minutes she had a good diagnosis of the situation. She is very sharp! Not only did she tell me the condition of my front brakes, she took the time to walk me out and show me the issue and also pointed out an issue with my front tires. My front tires were really worn, and quite thin on the outside. I have been to other dealerships and they have never been this thorough, as Alex Black was. She introduced me to the Service Manager, Tom Maggerise, who was a very nice person and also put me at ease. They both took great care of me before, during and after the fix. I got a good deal on the front brakes and the tires, which they had in stock. Everyone I met was very nice. This is a great place to go, ever if you don't drive a Mazda. Ask for Alex, she is great! My buying experience at Milam Mazda was by far the worst buying experience of my entire life. I feel like they ripped me off by selling me a used Jeep for thousands of dollars over thier advertised pri buying experience of my entire life. I feel like they ripped me off by selling me a used Jeep for thousands of dollars over thier advertised price. The advertised price was $26,995 on Auto Trader, Craigslist and Milam Mazdas own website truck country. I was sold this used Jeep for $28,500 plus $2,000 for the warranty, $150 dealer doc fee and another $1,000 in sales tax. Sales tax I understand,it's WA. How a Jeep advertised for $27K actually cost $32K is still a mystery to me. Maybe someone in the auto sales industry can explain it. Here's what happened; I called the Milam Mazda dealership on August 3rd 2013 during Seafair looking specifically for a low mile Jeep Rubicon 4x4. Thier salesman told me they had at least 4 of this model on hand so I drove down there from Seattle to take a look. After looking at all the Wranglers they had I decided on a dark green 2010 Jeep Rubicon with 35,000 miles. I was shocked when the saleman told me the dealership wanted $31,000 for this used Jeep and got up to leave. Mike Folk and his sales associate pressured me for what seemed like hours by raising my trade in value and lowering thier asking price over and over and over. After about the 15th offer the scribbed mess all over the paper started to sound like a fair deal. They droppoed thier price to $28,500. I was unaware the warranty they provide would cost an additional $2,000. This cost didn't come out until the financing when they asked if I was going to pay for the warranty out of pocket or roll it into the loan. The doc fee was never mentioned, simply added to my total. I didn't find out I'd been taken for the proverbial "ride" until later that evening after the sale was final. When I saw thier ad's for this specific Jeep posted all over the place for a considerably lower price I felt terrible. I double checked the VIN# and confirmed it was indeed the same Jeep advertised at a much lower price than i was given. I called Milam Mazda the following morning and expressed my concerns. I was transferred to the sales manager I dealt with the day before Mike Folk. He said without the ads I have no proof and said quote" good luck with that Bud" then hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. In the late hours of Saturday night after the sale was complete someone from Milam Mazda must have had all the ad's for that Jeep pulled down to cover up the sale. Luckily, I saved all the ad's the previous night on my computer sensing something was rotten with this deal. Unfortunatly I had to consult an attorney to get the dealership to take back thier overpriced Jeep and return my trade in. The dealership of course blamed some advertising company for posting the wrong price and denied everything. They reluctantly agreed to let me return the Jeep. Mike Folk was very hostile with me in person when I returned on Monday to get my car back and return thier overpriced Wrangler. He refused to give me a copy of the paper I signed voiding the sales contract with Milam Mazda and showed me the door. Trust me, I was glad to leave and take my trade in with me! I just hope they did indeed cancel the loan, warranty and any associated costs as promised. I will be very upset if I start getting bills in the mail over this rotten, horrible car deal. As of today August 8th 2013 the very same Jeep they sold me is now posted back up for sale at exactly the same price posted earlier. Obviously the ad company excuse was simply a bald faced lie. I knew it was a lie right away but it just goes to show how unethical and deceptive they are. Posting a car for sale at $26K then charging $31K plus is as rotten as it gets. Had I seen the ad before I purched the Jeep I would have known better. I have to assume I'm not the first person to fall victim to this scam. If anyone doubts the facts of this transaction I have copies of the ad's they ran before I purchased the Jeep and all of my sales reciepts. Glad to share them with anyone that asks. Shame on you Milam Mazda, your deceptive ads and your unethical sales staff. More
Bait and switch at it's worst. They let you drive a vehicle that you like and when you agree on a price, they drive a lesser vehicle up front (same color and model, different options) and they never vehicle that you like and when you agree on a price, they drive a lesser vehicle up front (same color and model, different options) and they never said a word. We were just lucky we saw it right away. This is an absolute true story without exageration. These people are far from honest, very far. Stay away!!! More
