Purchased and truck, and was told to bring it on back. I went into Milam Truck Country on Saturday the 27th with a pre-approved loan and an idea of what I was looking to purchase. After looking around with one of the salesman, I was satisfied with looking and was going to go home and do some research online. He pulled the typical routine and brought over another guy who talked me into test driving a few vehicles, while on a drive we brought up what I wanted and asked what he could do, he asked about my credit score and a few other things and swore he could a loan larger than what I had been approved for, we returned to the lot and he showed me a couple of vehicles around the value and after test driving and thinking about both of them, I settled on one. We started talking numbers and settled on a great rate, great monthly payments, the deal I was looking for. In the end I ended up purchasing the truck, walking out a happy customer and so happy to have a reliable vehicle. It is now Thursday the 3rd, less than a week later and I receive a call from the dealership contradicting everything they had previously said they could do. I am now told I am denied the loan I was told I could receive and have found myself with accessories I have purchased for my truck and no way to return them, an enormous hole in my heart and a sinking feeling of having to return to the dealership and return the truck and pick up my old car. I will NEVER return to this dealership, I will NEVER suggest that anyone even think about shopping here. I am extraordinarily disgusted with this. You should not be selling vehicles if you can not make accurate offers on loans. More

I have to say that this was the quickest, most pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We had not decided we were actually going to purchase a vehicle that Saturday until we learned that our vehicle research turned out to be accurate; the most car and features for the money. Chris is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling, and the quality and improvements made over the years, along with the technology features added as a result of industry collaboration. His passion for the vehicle we were interested in was infectious! When it turned out that the vehicle we were interested in was available on the lot and in the color we wanted, we couldn't resist! We made the decision to purchase. What I most appreciate about Chris was the enthusiasm and confidence in the product being sold, the knowledge in the product, and mostly the low pressure and sincerity of helping the customer. When we entered negatiotions for the price of the vehicle, we were treated fairly without pressure to purchase additional after market items that were available. Chris W., suggested we try to see if it could work out financially for us and presented an offer. At first it was too high, which then he asked what we're willing to pay. After we told him our monthly max limit, he was able to negotiate with his managers our asking price and returned with an offer that was acceptable. The staffing and service at Milam Mazda was phenomenal, especially the service provided by Chris W. which was first-class professionalism. We couldn't be more satisfied driving off the lot with our new CX-5. More

Excellent Service When I started my search for a new car, I found myself at Milam Mazda by recommendation. I dealt with Ernie and Ben, who knew I was looking for a Jeep When I started my search for a new car, I found myself at Milam Mazda by recommendation. I dealt with Ernie and Ben, who knew I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee. Initially, they did not have one, however, within days they called and had my dream car. They were not pushy, and they gave time to look over the car on my own and test drive it on my own as well. That same day I left in a maroon Jeep Cherokee (Go Cougs), spotless and in perfect condition. It was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I have had at a car dealership (not short of laughs, either). I would recommend Milam Mazda to everyone! Great job Ben and Ernie!! More
