Excellent Service When I started my search for a new car, I found myself at Milam Mazda by recommendation. I dealt with Ernie and Ben, who knew I was looking for a Jeep When I started my search for a new car, I found myself at Milam Mazda by recommendation. I dealt with Ernie and Ben, who knew I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee. Initially, they did not have one, however, within days they called and had my dream car. They were not pushy, and they gave time to look over the car on my own and test drive it on my own as well. That same day I left in a maroon Jeep Cherokee (Go Cougs), spotless and in perfect condition. It was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I have had at a car dealership (not short of laughs, either). I would recommend Milam Mazda to everyone! Great job Ben and Ernie!! More

The deal was mostly worked out and we made the trip from Spokane to see and drive the 2010 Ford Sport Trac. we arrived late , close to closing time , but ,Donny still took me on a test drive and we were able to finalize the deal..John stayed after closing to finish the paper work .and we were on our way. An excellent place to buy a car good staff friendly and helpful. If I ever need another car and find it on carguru at their lot I would have no problem dealing with them again. More

Where Chris listen to what I wanted and actually managed to find me the one. After a little bit of haggeling I am now the proud owner of a green Jeep Wrangler. Chris made me feel like I was " THE COSTUMER ",he went all the way for me and I got what I wanted and then some.Next time I need a new car I will check in with Chris before going anywhere else. More
Wasting my time **UPDATE 7/22/2015** I wanted to update this review to show that the dealership was finally able to attempt to make right the terms of the sale, but **UPDATE 7/22/2015** I wanted to update this review to show that the dealership was finally able to attempt to make right the terms of the sale, but it took posting negative reviews at multiple locations in order to achieve this. Jeremy Balzarini (General Sales Manager) took personal interest into rectifying this situation. The soft top was ordered, picked up, and then shipped to me. The dealership then paid to have it installed for me. While this did finally rectified the situation, it was a situation that should have never happened, and required negative reviews in order to achieve the results. I would be careful when purchasing a vehicle from them, verifying everything that is advertised is actually in the vehicle and not agreeing until it is complete. Don't rely on the "Will Do" sheet to get it done for you. I purchased a Jeep from you on June 18th that was advertised as including a soft top. For whatever reason, there was no soft top with the Jeep, and even though you had advertised it as such, I had to negotiate this into the price of the Jeep when purchasing it with a promise that I will be notified when it comes in, and I can come in and they will put it on. Fast forward until July 1st, and I receive an email from Susana that my plates are in, and asking if I wanted to come in or have them mailed to me. After letting her know that I was still waiting on the soft top and I would have to be in for this, she had Lorenzo contact me. Lorenzo called me and wouldn't you know it, the soft top was never ordered. He told me he would order it, it would be in after the July 4th weekend, and then he would send it to me, along with the plates. Now, we sit on the 18th of July, with no soft top, and no plates, and nobody returning phone calls when I leave messages. Left two today, with nothing in return. At this point, I've had enough. Either get the soft top, and have somebody drive to me and install it in the vehicle, or have somebody deliver me a check for $1000, the negotiated price of the soft top. Either way, I am through waiting on your dealership to come through on their promises. More

Fantastic Service from Alex Black & Tom Maggerise I drive a Lexus is250 and while in Puyallup for my son's soccer practice at Washington Premier, I noticed my front brakes making a sound. So I pulled I drive a Lexus is250 and while in Puyallup for my son's soccer practice at Washington Premier, I noticed my front brakes making a sound. So I pulled into Milan Mazda and was met by Alex Black. She was very nice and after 10 minutes she had a good diagnosis of the situation. She is very sharp! Not only did she tell me the condition of my front brakes, she took the time to walk me out and show me the issue and also pointed out an issue with my front tires. My front tires were really worn, and quite thin on the outside. I have been to other dealerships and they have never been this thorough, as Alex Black was. She introduced me to the Service Manager, Tom Maggerise, who was a very nice person and also put me at ease. They both took great care of me before, during and after the fix. I got a good deal on the front brakes and the tires, which they had in stock. Everyone I met was very nice. This is a great place to go, ever if you don't drive a Mazda. Ask for Alex, she is great! More
