He was so nice, calm, patient and did everything possible to help me find the perfect car for a great price. We are so happy with them and will definitely go back next time we buy a car. Worst Experiences, 3 vehicles and still treated horribly So against our better judgement we bought another vehicle here even though our first vehicle was a hassle, the second vehicle was a nightmare and now So against our better judgement we bought another vehicle here even though our first vehicle was a hassle, the second vehicle was a nightmare and now our 3rd vehicle is positively the worst experience. Now it was about 3 years between the first and the second purchase and that is why thought hey why don't we try them again. Man where we wrong. When we bought our 2014 Jeep, it came with a soft top, now we know those top leak and Chris wanted a hardtop anyways, so we worked into our deal a hardtop. Here is where things get crazy. We come to get the jeep and there is no kidding 5 inches of standing water in the vehicle. We explain that this is unacceptable left the Jeep for another week came back and STILL THERE WAS WATER, enough water that it went over our shoes. So once again we left the jeep there and after a lot of yelling and back and forth they finally dried it out and cleaned it. That should have been a tell-tale sign that this place does not care about its customer it just cares about making a sale...But against our better judgement we bought our 2012 GMC Sierra there on July 14, 2016. It is now July 30th and we have only had the truck for 4 days in our possession. When we bought the traction control and stabilatrack* lights came on, they said in the WE OWE that it was going to get fixed. When we bought we brought it back to them on Saturday July 16, 2016 for them to make the repairs, they said we would have it by Monday July 18, 2016, it actually wasn't ready for pick up until Wednesday July 20th, 2016. We put less then 50 miles on it and the lights for the traction control and stabilatrack* came back on. WE immediately called the dealership spoke with our sales rep Iggy, and he said to bring it back in so they can take a look at it and fix it. Took it back in on July 25, 2016 they kept it until Friday July 29th, I was told when I came to pick it up that they had road-tested it and everything was good to go. I drove it 10 feet and all the lights came back on. I didn't even turn the truck off, I walked directly back into service and said they light are back on. I wasn't even able to take it home it is still sitting in service. I called this morning July 30th to find out a timeline on when I would be able to have my truck back, was told the first time someone would call me back, called again a second time and was told someone would call me back in 5 mins. NOW called again for a 3rd time and would not hang up until someone gave me an answer. They still don't know why the lights keep coming on, these are safety concerns and we don't even feel comfortable being in this vehicle. We are going to look into the lemon law since no one at this dealership has ever called us back or even taken an interest in making this right. More
Caveat emptor! Promises made but not kept. Multiple Steinitz to resolve without success. Spoke with numerous individuals, no satisfaction. Was also advised there was Promises made but not kept. Multiple Steinitz to resolve without success. Spoke with numerous individuals, no satisfaction. Was also advised there was no customer satisfaction survey for used vehicle purchases. Hence my presence here to provide objective information. Be careful, get everything in writing, but even that won't be enough, as I negotiated for add ons, and had it in writing, still no resolution. Milam Mazda's Service Department is outstanding! I have heard that Milam Mazda had a great service department & body shop so when my son damaged/bent his front axle/wheel I called them first. Alex Bl I have heard that Milam Mazda had a great service department & body shop so when my son damaged/bent his front axle/wheel I called them first. Alex Black took my call and I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of what exactly what my son had done to his car just by me describing what happened. I had the vehicle towed to Milam Mazda and was met by Alex Black and Tom Maggerise, Milam's Service Manager. Both Alex and Tom were very helpful in getting my son's car checked in and assured us that they would be quick, accurate in their quote of how much they felt it was going to take, and the quality of workmanship my son's car would receive. This gave my son and myself great peace of mind that his first car he has ever owned was in very good hands. Alex Black is a first class Service Advisor and Tom Maggerise an outstanding Service Manager. They explained everything in layman's language so that my son understood everything so that this experience was a good life lesson for him. Both Alex and Tom made my son feel like an adult and gave him the respect they would have given me. That made him feel very good. Overall from start to finish, both Alex Black and Tom Maggerise did everything they had promised, under the time frame and under the budget my son could afford. Ms. Black and Mr. Maggerise are an asset to Milam Mazda and I will recommend them easily to everyone I know if they need their vehicle serviced, any make of model. By the way, my son's car is a Subaru, not a Mazda. They can fix anything right the first time. Thank you. More

Dishonest or Incompetent: The Outcome Is the Same On 2/18/16, after having driven a 2013 Toyota Venza with 15,000 plus miles on it, with what I was also told still had a 3 year, 36,000 mile manufactur On 2/18/16, after having driven a 2013 Toyota Venza with 15,000 plus miles on it, with what I was also told still had a 3 year, 36,000 mile manufacturer’s warranty I agreed to purchase the auto. I left the car with them to pick up the next afternoon, get the paperwork ready and asked if they could change the front wiper blades as well. When I returned, I was told that the service department said the wiper blades were fine. They weren't fine they blurred the windshield when used, but I decided that I would just change them myself. During the paperwork signing when the closer attempted to sell me an extended warranty, I mentioned the manufacturer’s warranty. He pulled out a binder, said, "Let me double check. No, there is no warranty." I declined the $2400 warranty anyway. About one week later, numerous warning lights came on, check engine, AWD and anti-skid lights, to name a few. I called the dealership and was told to bring it back, they’d give me a loaner car and “make it right”. A few hours later they called and I was told that the service manager said it was still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and to take it to Toyota, which I did. Titus Will Toyota diagnosed the problem as extensive rodent damage to the wiring and bad rear brakes that needed replacing. I called Milam around 10:00 AM Monday and once again was told to bring it and they would “make it right” I told them I was uncomfortable driving and was told they would go pick it up. At around 5:00 PM a Milam service manager called to tell me they were NOT going to pick it up, that their original inspection of the vehicle found no wiring damage, they had repaired the brakes and that they weren’t liable. The cost to repair the wiring was over $2300 dollars. When I got the car back, I took it to Meineke to get a 2nd opinion. They found severe rust and that the car needed rear brake rotors calipers brake pads. The cost to repair was $1,064.32. I called the salesman at Milam and expressed my displeasure. H said he would call me back, which he promptly did, telling me that he was told a manager would call me back as soon as he has some available time. It has been well over a month and no one has attempted to contact me to resolve the issue. Since then, the air conditioning quit working. They offered to “trade out”, but did not explain what that means. I find it hard to believe that Milam can claim to have done due diligence, insisting it did NOT missed partially concealed wiring damage, yet missed the obvious findings of two independent reputable businesses - ***** **** ****** ** ****** and ******* *** **** ****** ** ********, who both documented that the rear brakes needed replacement. (Less than 3 mil. Left) ******* documented “excessive rust” in the rear underside. I have photos of the rusted, flaking rear brake rotors. I suspect the car was damaged by flood or from an area where corrosives were used on the roads, and Milam knew or should have known. I'm left with the conclusion they are either dishonest, or incompetent. I realize it’s “buyer beware” in these situations, I just expect more from a new car dealership. More

Purchased and truck, and was told to bring it on back. I went into Milam Truck Country on Saturday the 27th with a pre-approved loan and an idea of what I was looking to purchase. After looking around with I went into Milam Truck Country on Saturday the 27th with a pre-approved loan and an idea of what I was looking to purchase. After looking around with one of the salesman, I was satisfied with looking and was going to go home and do some research online. He pulled the typical routine and brought over another guy who talked me into test driving a few vehicles, while on a drive we brought up what I wanted and asked what he could do, he asked about my credit score and a few other things and swore he could a loan larger than what I had been approved for, we returned to the lot and he showed me a couple of vehicles around the value and after test driving and thinking about both of them, I settled on one. We started talking numbers and settled on a great rate, great monthly payments, the deal I was looking for. In the end I ended up purchasing the truck, walking out a happy customer and so happy to have a reliable vehicle. It is now Thursday the 3rd, less than a week later and I receive a call from the dealership contradicting everything they had previously said they could do. I am now told I am denied the loan I was told I could receive and have found myself with accessories I have purchased for my truck and no way to return them, an enormous hole in my heart and a sinking feeling of having to return to the dealership and return the truck and pick up my old car. I will NEVER return to this dealership, I will NEVER suggest that anyone even think about shopping here. I am extraordinarily disgusted with this. You should not be selling vehicles if you can not make accurate offers on loans. More
