No integrity, and they are just full of lies. When you buy a car its suppose to be a happy day, you get all excited and can't wait to show it off. Well unfortunately that wasn't the case for us. I When you buy a car its suppose to be a happy day, you get all excited and can't wait to show it off. Well unfortunately that wasn't the case for us. I thought I found the vehicle of my dreams a 2007 GMC Acadia. I know buying used cars that there is the possibility of things going wrong, which is why we purchased a warranty. They did have a check list of every feature of the vehicle with checks next to everything stating it worked. While test driving the vehicle I noticed the a/c didn’t work but Milam did promise to fix it for us. Also the auto start didn’t work, however the sales manager said " It does work you are just going to have to take it to a GM dealer to get it programmed." Well about 2 to 3 weeks later it finally got in for the a/c fix and to program my auto start. The a/c wasn’t working quite right and then my tailgate started acting up. Milam tried to diag the tail gate and replace a part. However their service didn’t work. To top it all off while the "part" was being ordered I had my vehicle when it came time for the part to come in and for me to drop my car off yet again John the service guy forgot what he was suppose to be fixing and they had to wait even longer because he never even ordered the part. At this point I am fed up and take my vehicle to another dealer where they fix my tail gate then diagnose my auto start saying that there are so many wires and what not that they were unable to resolve the issue. We then take it back to . Milam where they have the vehicle sent out to Northwest Chevrolet and they "fix" my auto start. Well fast forward a couple month my speakers completely stop working no sound for blinkers or anything. And my window regulator breaks go figure. Well the window was under warranty and I thought to myself well shoot while its here why don’t we go ahead and try to figure out why the speakers aren't working.( seems like common sense right) Well they fix the window and go to look at what could be causing the speakers not to work . Well go figure they put an after market auto start in. So I call the dealer I bought it from and talk to John again who gave me the name for NW chevy who did the work. I call out there talk to their service guy Matt and tell him about the issue with the after market auto start. He proceeds to tell me " There is NO after market wiring in there and we hooked up the factory auto start and also took out any after market wiring because there was a hidden gps tracker." I call John again at Milam service and bring to his attention the varying stories between the 2 dealerships. John says " the problem is you have it at X dealership send it back to NW Chevy." I call the dealer my car is at express my concern I don’t want to pay a diag fee for a false diag. Dealer X went out to my car re took it apart and took pictures of the aftermarket auto start that Milam and NW Chevy claim doesn't exist. So I have a sit down with Milams GM and we came up with a car to trade our car for and when it started when they showed us a check engine light appeared so he said hed take it in to the shop. We return a couple days later to look at it and sign papers. ( I should've read the paperwork before we started signing) We sign the paper at a higher rate monthly payment and obviously higher loan amount. We take the key go out to the van transfer car seats turn on the car and then we begin to feeling a strong vibrating. ( I'm thinking to myself it’s a new car maybe its normal) We then pull out of the parking lot and pull up to a stop light I take my foot off the break leave the car in idle and the car begins to jerk forward. So we drive back to the dealer to have them look at it. They give us our old car back we go home waiting to hear when its fixed. Come to find out it’s a blown motor. So the GM unwinds our deal and were back to square one. The van was taken off the site then magically re appears a day or 2 later with a higher sticker price even though the GM clearly stated that the van was going to be returned to the guy he bought it from. My friend saw it relisted and messaged them about the availability and sure enough they said she could come look at it Saturday. So I then message the GM stating we need to have a sit down because I am so done with being lied to. He calls me asks what's up and I explain to him how he told me he cant sell it to us but how can he sell it to someone else ? He said he cant believe the fact that my friend sent in an inquiry about the vehicle. But to be completely honest I don’t trust them and I have multiple valid reasons not to. Then he said the girl who sent the message didn’t work for his section of the dealership which is kinda like why would she be allowed to respond then? After I spoke with the GM he must've called whoever had the van taken off the site ( even though he said it was part of unwinding our deal that it had to be on there ) and had one of his guys send an email stating it had a blown motor. ( go figure trying to cover their tracks) I am deeply sadden that this occurred and I do not trust this company nor would I recommend or feel anyone else should trust this company. All I want is a vehicle with that works and honesty if something doesn’t work let me know maybe I can look past it but DO NOT LIE. Also the car is in my husbands name which they decided to run his credit 6 times creating 6 hard inquires on his credit report. They also ran MY credit report WITHOUT my permission. And since the deal was unwound I thought it only fair they remove the hard inquires and they told me that can't. Which is a lie because they ran my credit and removed it a day later. I also forgot to add when originally I was having these issues I posted reviews and Jeremy told me that he would only help resolve the issues if I removed the reviews. Now you tell me would you trust these people? More

Test drive day I delt with Nichole and the atmosphere and attitude of the people here made my long day so much better. In all, I thank the employees of Milam Mazda and Truck County for their fast response, friendly attitude and how they go out of theIraq way to make the whole process fun with laughter and stress free. The sales clerk was great but after that it was awful! The sales team was great (Nicole) but when it came to processing the paperwork and loan (Johnny) the service was less poor. Even my young daughter as The sales team was great (Nicole) but when it came to processing the paperwork and loan (Johnny) the service was less poor. Even my young daughter asked the employee if he liked his job because he seemed unhappy. When I asked questions, the employee gave unclear answers and wasn't upfront about specific cost. He was short, rude, and condescending. I will never return to this dealership because of the service I received from Johnny. I really hope he was just having a bad day and this isn't how he treats all customers. More
Best experience I ever had!! I loved every second of feeling like a super star! Thats exactly how they made me feel. The best part was when they put a bow, balloons, and a card on my vehicle when I was going out to my vehicle I bought. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and okay about everything! Tugs stayed the entire time helping me clean out my old car to holding my dogs while I was busy with things. He smiled the entire time waiting patiently for me to make up my mind and was so kind to me. Rocky is a expert about the type of vehicle I bought and had a lot of knowledge to help me make up my mind. This is the place you have to go to first if you want to have the best experience buying a vehicle. Moses was very helpful with helping me with my vehicle maintenance and service contract. Worst Experiences, 3 vehicles and still treated horribly So against our better judgement we bought another vehicle here even though our first vehicle was a hassle, the second vehicle was a nightmare and now So against our better judgement we bought another vehicle here even though our first vehicle was a hassle, the second vehicle was a nightmare and now our 3rd vehicle is positively the worst experience. Now it was about 3 years between the first and the second purchase and that is why thought hey why don't we try them again. Man where we wrong. When we bought our 2014 Jeep, it came with a soft top, now we know those top leak and Chris wanted a hardtop anyways, so we worked into our deal a hardtop. Here is where things get crazy. We come to get the jeep and there is no kidding 5 inches of standing water in the vehicle. We explain that this is unacceptable left the Jeep for another week came back and STILL THERE WAS WATER, enough water that it went over our shoes. So once again we left the jeep there and after a lot of yelling and back and forth they finally dried it out and cleaned it. That should have been a tell-tale sign that this place does not care about its customer it just cares about making a sale...But against our better judgement we bought our 2012 GMC Sierra there on July 14, 2016. It is now July 30th and we have only had the truck for 4 days in our possession. When we bought the traction control and stabilatrack* lights came on, they said in the WE OWE that it was going to get fixed. When we bought we brought it back to them on Saturday July 16, 2016 for them to make the repairs, they said we would have it by Monday July 18, 2016, it actually wasn't ready for pick up until Wednesday July 20th, 2016. We put less then 50 miles on it and the lights for the traction control and stabilatrack* came back on. WE immediately called the dealership spoke with our sales rep Iggy, and he said to bring it back in so they can take a look at it and fix it. Took it back in on July 25, 2016 they kept it until Friday July 29th, I was told when I came to pick it up that they had road-tested it and everything was good to go. I drove it 10 feet and all the lights came back on. I didn't even turn the truck off, I walked directly back into service and said they light are back on. I wasn't even able to take it home it is still sitting in service. I called this morning July 30th to find out a timeline on when I would be able to have my truck back, was told the first time someone would call me back, called again a second time and was told someone would call me back in 5 mins. NOW called again for a 3rd time and would not hang up until someone gave me an answer. They still don't know why the lights keep coming on, these are safety concerns and we don't even feel comfortable being in this vehicle. We are going to look into the lemon law since no one at this dealership has ever called us back or even taken an interest in making this right. More
Caveat emptor! Promises made but not kept. Multiple Steinitz to resolve without success. Spoke with numerous individuals, no satisfaction. Was also advised there was Promises made but not kept. Multiple Steinitz to resolve without success. Spoke with numerous individuals, no satisfaction. Was also advised there was no customer satisfaction survey for used vehicle purchases. Hence my presence here to provide objective information. Be careful, get everything in writing, but even that won't be enough, as I negotiated for add ons, and had it in writing, still no resolution. Milam Mazda's Service Department is outstanding! I have heard that Milam Mazda had a great service department & body shop so when my son damaged/bent his front axle/wheel I called them first. Alex Bl I have heard that Milam Mazda had a great service department & body shop so when my son damaged/bent his front axle/wheel I called them first. Alex Black took my call and I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of what exactly what my son had done to his car just by me describing what happened. I had the vehicle towed to Milam Mazda and was met by Alex Black and Tom Maggerise, Milam's Service Manager. Both Alex and Tom were very helpful in getting my son's car checked in and assured us that they would be quick, accurate in their quote of how much they felt it was going to take, and the quality of workmanship my son's car would receive. This gave my son and myself great peace of mind that his first car he has ever owned was in very good hands. Alex Black is a first class Service Advisor and Tom Maggerise an outstanding Service Manager. They explained everything in layman's language so that my son understood everything so that this experience was a good life lesson for him. Both Alex and Tom made my son feel like an adult and gave him the respect they would have given me. That made him feel very good. Overall from start to finish, both Alex Black and Tom Maggerise did everything they had promised, under the time frame and under the budget my son could afford. Ms. Black and Mr. Maggerise are an asset to Milam Mazda and I will recommend them easily to everyone I know if they need their vehicle serviced, any make of model. By the way, my son's car is a Subaru, not a Mazda. They can fix anything right the first time. Thank you. More
