Amazing! I can't believe how awesome these guys are. My T-Case was busted and caused my car to be stuck on the side of the road. After towing it here (1st time I can't believe how awesome these guys are. My T-Case was busted and caused my car to be stuck on the side of the road. After towing it here (1st time to this dealer), they recognized the busted T-case was under warranty, and were able to get me not only a new T-case, but a whole new TRANSMISSION! Thank you Jeff and John, you guys rock! More

Milam service earned my trust I bought my Mazda from Milam 6 years ago. Although it's 60 miles roundtrip to me; I've been servicing my Mazda at Milam for all those 6 years. Recalls My CX7 had 2 recall notices. I tried to contact the service department by phone for 2 days and never got through. So I was near the dealership one d My CX7 had 2 recall notices. I tried to contact the service department by phone for 2 days and never got through. So I was near the dealership one day and decided to walk in to talk about being scheduled for the work. Jeff helped me that day. He apologized for the phone problems and was able to get me scheduled on a day and time that worked for me. On my appointment day, the service department was pretty busy but Jeff was there and took care of me. I got a loaner car since the work was going to take 4-5 hours. A couple hours later, Jeff called me and said that my car had not yet been started on. He asked if I could leave it overnight, which was fine with me as long as I had something to drive. The next morning Jeff called and told me my car was ready. I really appreciated that Jeff was the contact person for me through the whole process. I think he went above expectations and did a great job of keeping me informed of what was happening. I previously took my car to the Mazda dealer in Tacoma because it was close to where I lived at the time. Changing to Milam was a little uncomfortable for me but they are proving to be a great place to have my car serviced. Thanks again to Jeff! More
Service Dept is great because of Jeff I continue to take my car to Milam even though I've moved and there's a Mazda dealer closer to me because of Jeff Layton. If it wasn't for him, I'd go I continue to take my car to Milam even though I've moved and there's a Mazda dealer closer to me because of Jeff Layton. If it wasn't for him, I'd go elsewhere. He's wonderful, always asks how my family is, and cuts to the chase when it comes to the news. My car is 10 years old, so i'm running into "old car" issues, so I've seen Jeff a lot lately. He always tells it to me straight even when I don't want to hear it. He's offered to help in any way he can even recommending replacement vehicles or options to keep the car going without dumping a ton of money into it. I HEART JEFF! More
