We wanted to check out a car and it was near the end of the day because we had already been on test drives at other dealerships. The salesperson and loan officer gave us friendly service without pressure. I felt bad that we kept them there well past closing because we decided to purchase the car, but they were so kind. Purchased a used car and was told by Chris Wodjenski that it was in great shape. I drove it all the way back to Spokane WA and it is a great car. The following week I had a lift installed and the shop inform it was in great shape. I drove it all the way back to Spokane WA and it is a great car. The following week I had a lift installed and the shop informed me that the upper ball bearings and control arms needed to be replaced on both sides, despite they dealer report saying there were no alignment problems. That cost me a few hundred dollars. Then I discovered the back seat belt was broken (safety issue) and had to fix that. There was a broken tire sensor as well that I need to have replaced. I understand that I bought the car as is, but to pay a bit of a premium at a dealership and then have hundreds of dollars of repairs after purchase is always a punch to the gut. It wouldn't stop me from going here again, but I wouldn't trust the sales people. I would take the car to a third party mechanic for inspection before purchase. Never done that at any other dealership, but be a little careful at this place. More
