I e this dealership. Jason and Joe were awesome and did everything they could to make me a great deal without any pressure. I really appreciate that. I ended up buying somewhere else, but only because I wanted more features on the used vehicle that I was looking at. Thanks you guys! I highly recommend this dealership. More
Purchased a used car and was told by Chris Wodjenski that it was in great shape. I drove it all the way back to Spokane WA and it is a great car. The following week I had a lift installed and the shop inform it was in great shape. I drove it all the way back to Spokane WA and it is a great car. The following week I had a lift installed and the shop informed me that the upper ball bearings and control arms needed to be replaced on both sides, despite they dealer report saying there were no alignment problems. That cost me a few hundred dollars. Then I discovered the back seat belt was broken (safety issue) and had to fix that. There was a broken tire sensor as well that I need to have replaced. I understand that I bought the car as is, but to pay a bit of a premium at a dealership and then have hundreds of dollars of repairs after purchase is always a punch to the gut. It wouldn't stop me from going here again, but I wouldn't trust the sales people. I would take the car to a third party mechanic for inspection before purchase. Never done that at any other dealership, but be a little careful at this place. More

Milam Mazda of Puyallup is completely unprofessional and only looking out for their interests over the interests of their customers. A few years ago, I purchased a Mazda3 brand new and put $15,000 down on a only looking out for their interests over the interests of their customers. A few years ago, I purchased a Mazda3 brand new and put $15,000 down on a $22,000-$24,000 vehicle. I went to trade it in for an SUV 9 months later and they offered me $11,500. I, of course, went to another another dealership who offered me $6,000 more (what it should have been valued at). Mazda of Puyallup then backtracked and said they would offer me the $17,000 plus an additional $500. I declined as they should have offered what it was worth initially. Why should I have had to go to another dealership to obtain a fair value. I spoke to several employees in extreme frustration and escalated to the General Manager, Jeremy Balzarini, who was the worst of them all. Incredibly disrespectful and had no managerial skills whatsoever. He even insinuated I didn't disclose an incident that occurred to my vehicle which obviously was not the truth. Walkers Renton Mazda was well aware of it but nevertheless I was called a liar. I am heavily involved in community groups and at Rotary and Chamber events, I never hesitate to share my experience. I have, and continue, to recommend to friends and colleagues to buy outside of Milam. I had no problem with the sales or service employees there but Jeremy Balzarini is the most unprofessional and rudest leader of a company I've ever experienced. If you don't want to be taken advantage of or just looking to be respected, I advise steering clear of Puyallup Mazda More

Started my car buying journey with them via their online portal and started talking to Sierra and she made me feel comfortable showing up in person. They were open late enough for me to visit them after wor portal and started talking to Sierra and she made me feel comfortable showing up in person. They were open late enough for me to visit them after work which is a huge bonus for me. When I arrived there, Chris gave me the impression of an old friend who was looking forward to seeing me again. The whole experience was friendly and absolutely felt no pressure which was great for me because I was nervous. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go check what they have and if you like what you see go talk to Sierra and Chris about driving away with it. I know when I am looking for my next car I will be looking at their dealership first. More
I spotted the car I was searching for online and wrote to ask about availability. Dillon made a video of the car and emailed it to me. We then talked on the phone about that car and my trade in. We agreed on ask about availability. Dillon made a video of the car and emailed it to me. We then talked on the phone about that car and my trade in. We agreed on the trade in price range and I made the two hour drive to Puyallup. Everything went as planned and we are very happy with our car. Well done! More
