Every dealership came back with mediocre prices, one even coming back with a price higher than the advertised price online. But not Milam. The first email I got back from Nicole in internet sales was the best price I found on the west side. After some back and forth with other dealerships I could have secured the same price near to my home, but I wanted to make sure the Milam was rewarded for their great customer service with my purchase. When I arrived to finish the sale, my new Mazda CX9 was upfront and ready to drive. I worked with Ben to finalize the deal and he was great. He was very professional, prompt and curious. There was a small delay getting into finance to sign the documents but he made sure that I was comfortable and kept me informed on how long the wait would be. More
