The people at Milam Mazda are the most professional, pleasant, helpful and effective group that I have ever worked with. Great experience as always at Milam! Segi and Tugs both have provided me with excellent service and always make sure I feel valued and taken care of! I originally started business with Mazda in Auburn at Giant of the Valley. They went out of business after I purchased my second Mazda six from them. I began going to Milam for oil changes after that and eventually traded in my 2010 Mazda 6 for a 2015 Mazda 6 in the summer of 2014. A year or two later I traded for my second Mazda 6 from the Milam dealership. The other night I am happy to say I traded up for the all new 2018 Mazda Signature series and it is my fifth and best Mazda yet!! I have only had 1 bad experience with a young salesman at Milam many years ago. I wrote the manager a letter about it and not only received an apology from him, but the employee later called and apologized as well. Every other experience whether it be coming in for maintenance or interest in a new Mazda has always been a positive experience. I would even go as far as to say I consider Segi and Tugs friends! They are both great individuals and have helped me with any and every concern when it comes to my Zoom Zoom. I may have bugged them a little too much with questions as I impatiently waited for Mazda to release the Signature six lol. Obviously I am a big Mazda fan and a Milam fan and I believe in loyalty especially when Segi and Tugs have been loyal to me. Hence the reason I didn't go with Tacoma Mazda when they were trying to get my business. All in all Mazda is my brand and Milam is always going to get my business as long as there are people like Segi and Tugs around and the continued great service I have always received there. I definitely have and will continue to encourage people to do business there. Thank you Milam and a very special thank you to Segi and Tugs you guys are the Best!!! More

This service experienced matched the new car purchase experience in April 2017. More
