Diagnosis of an on-going, nagging problem On a previous visit for service the service team didn’t seem to take my description of a recurring problem seriously (frequent low tire pressure indic On a previous visit for service the service team didn’t seem to take my description of a recurring problem seriously (frequent low tire pressure indicator with no ‘low tire). The problem has gotten worse, but it has also occurring with a Traction Control warning light and difficulty getting the green light for push button starting. Codes showed repeated failure of a brake lockout switch. That has been fixed at considerable expense, but the low pressure warning is still coming on when tire pressures are normal. It’s a 120 mile round trip to the closest Mazda dealer. I would like to have issues resolved on bringing the car in for service. With these issues developing at about the time that the car went off warranty is giving me cause to wonder if I want to purchase another new Mazda car. More

It was a super hot and busy day at the dealership, but he made us a priority and was able to attend to our needs in a short amount of time. What I liked most is he didn't try to up sell us on a car we didn't need or want. He actually started us at a lower price point and recommended we drive it which solidified my choice of getting the CX9. He listened to my wants and gave me several trim choices to fit my budget and bham, the car was on the lot and ready for pick up the next day (only because it was still wrapped up in plastic). The only thing I didn't like about the experience is the dealership itself is run down, shabby and not a good vibe for spending a LOT OF MONEY. They seriously need to update that dealership. More

CX-5 Roof Rack Installation Purchased my Mazda 6 from Milam in 2014 and have had it serviced there since without any issues and recently added a used 2015 CX5 which had originall Purchased my Mazda 6 from Milam in 2014 and have had it serviced there since without any issues and recently added a used 2015 CX5 which had originally been purchased there too. Wanted to add the factory roof rack system which Milam did today (7/5/18). They also checked the vehicle and suggested a new air filter and replacing several burned out lights which were also completed. I find their service to be a little slower in comparison to other facilities in which I have utilized (Toyota of Puyallup) but other than that had had positive experiences with purchasing and service. More
